Very cool experience. We went at 6:15 and it was crowded but you can move at your own pace. The information was presented in a very informative and interesting way.
The pride and quality that Guinness put into their products is very impressive. We enjoyed learning about how important the Guinness family was and is to Dublin. Learning about the beer making processes and how they have evolved thru history was very interesting. My highlight was learning how to drink a Guinness beer properly!!
It was interesting and well thought out but we expected more of the actual making of the guiness, like seeing it being made, coming from the barrels, maybe seeing staff working from a viewing gallery, but it was more just information. There were some stand out bits like the waterfall, the stoutie experience was good and the staff were lovely. It isn't really for kids, good if you like a lot of information but we got a bit bored after a wee while, wouldnt go back but I suppose a bit of history to look at
We came on a Day Trip and couldnt wait to visit the Guiness Factory. So much to look at. Great gift shop worth a visit. And Finished off with a cheeky Pint of the Good stuff.
Commercial money making experience. You could read everything online for free.
This was not a guided tour, which was a surprise; however it is a very well designed exhibit with lots of history combined with an amazing multimedia experience.
Very well done self guided tour and the views were awesome! Glad we did it! I drank my pint even though I’m not usually a dark stout fan!
It's OK. Would be better without crowds. Too commercial.
The Guinness experience is exactly that, a very well done one way visit of Guinness House . The flow takes you thru the history of the brewery, including the process narrated with visual , ads campaigns, restaurants and bars.
The Guinness Storehouse is much more than a brewery tour. The interactive exhibits explain the brewing process in an engaging way, and the history of Guinness is fascinating. The highlight is undoubtedly enjoying a perfectly poured pint in the Gravity Bar while taking in panoramic views of Dublin. Even those who aren’t big beer drinkers will appreciate this experience. It is a little difficult to ding them given the subject matter, but just beware that this is a little bit of a dry educational experience that they are doing what they can to make entertaining. The Beer at the end more than makes up for that though.
