An exciting morning at the Archaeological Park of Pompeii - which I had already visited, but a geological era ago - thanks to the guide Salvatore. His explanations were clear, interesting, but what I appreciated most was his polite, kind, and genuinely professional manner. Compliments also to the travel agency for the excellent service offered. Consider that, although it is strongly recommended to purchase the entrance ticket to the archaeological site online through Vivaticket - a method by which I was unable to purchase it - the agency staff quickly took care of solving the problem. They are all fast and efficient on an organizational level, as far as I could see. 5 stars for the service, however, I strongly advise against visiting the site in a time slot that is truly "demanding" due to the intense heat of this period (July 2026), as I did, so plan your visit for a more lenient time/season. Let's cultivate beauty... Stefania
The knowledgeable and very interesting guide helped us rediscover the world of that time with insightful connections!
The visit to Pompeii with Dr. Pisano was one of the most beautiful gifts we could give ourselves. Visiting the excavations with someone who is not only knowledgeable but also passionate and has a natural ability in teaching and storytelling is completely different. The tour took us to exceptional points in the ancient city of Pompeii, and Dr. Pisano made us experience them in detail. He was a caring and attentive guide. Thank you again!
Visit conducted with Mr. Bruno Pisano, passionate about the history of Pompeii, history in general, art, philosophy, and spirituality, a passion he conveys in a professional yet conversational manner to the visitors. I highly recommend it. Lucia
Bruno Pisano was an excellent guide, profound and holistic in his reading and presentation of Pompeii. We could not have asked for a better guide!
A very comprehensive visit conducted by a highly knowledgeable professor. More than 4 hours of a visit where he explains very interesting things. A very kind person who is extremely knowledgeable on the subject.
Exceptional experience and very formative. The guide, Mr. Bruno Pisano, was very engaging with 360-degree anecdotes, from ancient history to the present day, as well as making us discover the real Pompeii.
Bruno, trained scholar, excellent guide to spend a half day in the past. Because he is a lover of human culture at 360 'and so it is easy to be transported with ease. I hope to see you soon, Mr. Brown!
I wanted to thank the guide Bruno Pisano for making us relive a piece of our history, ranging from history, philosophy, ethics and linguistics. A man of great culture and experience would highly recommend it.
We chose this guide thanks to the rave reviews on Tripadvisor and confirm that it deserves them all! We had the honor of having Dr. Pisano just for the two of us and spent with him 4h 30' that flew. His knowledge of the history and everyday life of Pompeii, art, architecture, culture, literature and the influences of all the other civilizations that influenced this great city of merchants is immeasurable. We visited with him all the major points of interest of which he told us every detail with passion and transport, revealing the immense knowledge that only a lifetime of studies and passion can transmit. An experience absolutely recommended for those who want to discover Pompeii in a thorough and exciting way, away from the usual large groups with audio guide and "express" tour...
