Guide was a no show.. walked around museum for free. Wonderful place beware of scammers in the entrance Wish we had known everything was free
I’m very sorry you couldn’t find the group. You can see that a full refund was sent to you.
Couldn’t find the tour group or guide. I went in between the bronze lions facing the gallery and no one was there that I could see. There was a huge festival happening and it was a mess. I couldn’t contact anyone
I am very sorry; the day you arrived a large festival was underway.
I arrived at Trafalgar Square 10 minutes before the arrival time of 11 AM and I waited until 11:15 AM and the guide never showed up and neither did anyone else. I had read the reviews of this tour before and two people had reviewed that the guide never showed up. Please review this vendor as they are inconsistently not showing up. I was very disappointed and did the Museum on my own and have requested a full refund I do not recommend this tour.
I am very sorry l. A full refund has been issued. I have know updated the meeting point to make it more clear.
Top tour, I would highly recommend. Very informative and enjoyable. I would book again with confidence.
What a wonderfully interesting and informative tour. The guide had some fascinating stories to tell about the artworks on display. It was just the right balance between letting us soak in the scenes and educating us on the individual stories and history behind some of the pictures on display. 10/10 thanks.
The tour guide was humorous and deeply knowledgeable. The guide took me on a 800 year journey through western art history. I learned about the lives of the great artists and how they influenced one another. The guide is an artist and spoke with authority about the different styles and techniques employed by famous painters. My knowledge of art history has been deeply enriched. I would recommend the tour to anyone looking for a humorous and insightful experience
The tour was top-tier. I highly recommend going with a group. I had a few questions, and my guide gave me more information than I expected, which helped me to fully understand the context and enjoy each piece that much more.
The guide was incredible! We skipped the line. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the gallery. He brought me on a deep journey through 500 years of art and painting. I'd highly recommend the tour! a truly brilliant time. My family are booking another tour of the British Museum with Strabo
