A quality but deceptive offering. You will be picked up via car. However, much of the history and sights require walking.
This guided tour is worth it because .... on the one hand, there is an accompaniment from qqn who knows the place, which can be reassuring for many and this also avoids the unpleasant feeling of being scammed by less "official" shopkeepers or sellers who can be aggressive. The explanations are interesting. To consider also that to go alone in the souks, it is perhaps to get lost or not to find the best articles, the one we really want and seek. The garden of majorelle is just sublime with a store selling items dedicated to Yves Saint Laurent. It's clean and well signposted. In short .... the agency is at the top, professional and it keeps customers informed of the exact arrivals of cars .... in short .. go there with your eyes closed ....see and understand marrakech is better than seeing marrakech!

AMAZING! Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this tour was! Farouk is the best travel agent hands down! Abdol, the tour guide was so knowledgeable and tretaed us with such respect. Taught us so much about the culture! took.us to Medina and the Ben Yousseff school and the museum! He knows all the good places to visit. We stopped for coffee and he shared historical facts. he was very attentive to ur safety! even carried our shopping bags. He has been doing it for 28 years and has great rapport with the local.shops. he is well-respected and got us amazing deals. took us to a local seafood restaurant that was the BEST weve had!! fresh salmon, tuna, shrimp and shark! after,he took us to a shisha spot and we spent a few hours talking and enjoying the company. overall...it was like been with family!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THEM!!! 6 STARS OUT OF 5!!! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT COMPANY

From Portugal I booked with Berchmane Travel a private guide view of the Medina and other places of interest. The tour was led by Mr. Ahmed, who was extremely competent, kind and available during visits to Bahia Palace, the tombs of the Saadiines, Jemaa el-Fna Square, Medina and its souks. He gave us detailed explanations everywhere and quietly allowed us to take phottos and go shopping. At our request, he kindly took us to a pharmacy where we could hear a very detailed explanation of the products they market, and we made purchases of our interest. Mr Ahmed accompanied us without haste and always with full support. The Berchman travel agency and Mr Ahmed are frankly recommended by us.
Karim is a very kind person and a professional guide. He showed us the must-see places of Marrakech. He also gave us several historical explanations of each monument. The visit went well in a warm Moroccan Mood. We were very impressed by the city of Marrakech and the hospitality and generosity of its inhabitants. A visit not to be missed. I recommend it.
