They should ask for Cisco, I never had such a pleasant guide. He knows Macau and its history and is is most attentionate.
Cisco was an excellent guide. He is clearly multilingual doing his very best to cater to the linguistic needs of all these people on the tour. His knowledge is excellent, and I would highly recommend this tour
This is a not-to-be-missed tour of historic Macau with its rich Portuguese and Chinese history. Cisco is a wonderful guide... energetic, involved and interested in history. Highly recommend.
This tour was a great experience! I got to explore the main areas of Macau, and everything was really well organized. Our guide went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. He’s very knowledgeable about the city, and it was really fun spending time with him. Just be prepared to walk quite a bit! The lunch was also very nice—it was a buffet with lots of options, so there was something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a great introduction to Macau.
Our tour guide, Cisco, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, good understanding of history and very friendly. The tour covered the important highlights.
Tour was a convenient way to see the high lights of Macau and Cisco the guide was very informative about most things. I am not convinced that it was good value for money, or if I would have seen more doing it independently. While the commentary from Cisco was mostly interesting, there were times when he seemed to talk just to avoid silence, or to let us know that he could talk in more languages than English . How useful the snippets of Spanish were to the Spanish speakers would be debatable as mostly he conversed in English. Personally, I prefer less talk about trivial things that are not relevant to what we are seeing. The lunch was dreadful, it fell way short of the supposed 4 star hotel quality guarantee buffet that was spruiked by the guide. I have no idea how they did it, but even the desert was dry and unimaginative , as for the main courses the less said the better. I don’t think I have ever eaten so little food anytime in all my travels. The time wasted on this could have been better spent elsewhere. The hotel pick up was great. However, the drop off was disappointing and to a certain extent irresponsible. From the Venetian, I was shown a sign for the Parisian and that was it. Luckily the maze getting there was just achievable, as it was I spent the next 10 hrs in bed unable to move from a headache, though I am certain this was not from my reaction to lunch or Cisco. If my hotel had not been next door, I would not like to think about what could have happened. The lack of care to make sure I made it back to the pick up point was super concerning.

Communication from the tour company was great, they provided us clear instructions on the meeting point well in advance prior to our tour. On the day of the tour, we were picked up by the tour guide from our hotel. However, we had to wait for 40 mins at the Macau port to meet other guests who came from from Hong Kong. Tour guide was ok, took us around a few interesting spots in Macau. Some areas the tour guide didn’t stop for us to visit, we kept on walking through narrow streets in busy tourist areas. What made me annoyed was that that the tour guide publicly asked us for tips as the last stop was our hotel and we intended to leave the tour earlier. The tour is not cheap for three of us and we don’t think that the price is worth for the tour. When we didn’t intend to give tips to the tour guide, who barely did much for us. She insulted us publicly by saying to us : “ thanks for your tips.” in front of other guests. Guess what? We don’t care!!! We kept walking away without giving tips.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that our communication before the tour was clear and helpful, and that the pickup arrangements went smoothly. At the same time, we sincerely regret that aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations, including the waiting time at the port, the pace through busy areas, and especially the interaction regarding tips. We understand how disappointing this must have felt, and we apologize for any discomfort caused. Your feedback is very important to us and will be shared with our team to ensure improvements in both service quality and guest care. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

The Panda Pavilion was our highlight. It is free. No advance booking is required. The info on Google Search is incorrect. The Macau Tower ha0s bungee jumping. You may be lucky enough to witness it. We did not.
In depth tour that takes you around popular areas of Macau. Not too much walking and get to ride a comfortable bus. Hopefully, you get Cisco as a tour guide.
