Description

On this tour to Mt. Rainier National Park there is a lot of diversity from alpine environment to old growth forest in lower elevation. We drive to the highlights in the park and you will experience diverse landscapes and scenery such as glaciers, mountains, waterfalls, rivers, and tall trees in old-growth forest. You will be on guided shorter hikes at points of interest. In the winter areas of the park may be closed some days and not all highlights will be accessible at times - from November to June snowshoes/crampons will be provided when necessary since there is often snow on the trails in those months.

5/5 even on a foggy/drizzly day! Loved it!

Our trip with Susan on WOW Nature trails was wonderful. Despite our tour being on a foggy/ drizzly day, the tour was beautiful and well worth the time and money. Susan was a great tour guide and the group was the perfect size (14 people). Me and 16 year old son loved the views and will definitely be coming back to Rainier again. Thank you Susan for a wonderful trip

My new favorite mountain

The tour was great with amazing views! Our guide, Susan, was very knowledgeable and passionate about Mt. Rainier. She made the experience very memorable and you could tell that she wanted us to have great views of the gorgeous mountain and water falls. Although the skyline trail was moderately hard in the beginning, the view of the Mountains were worth it. I would recommend wearing hiking shoes/boots for the hike. We were also fortunate to see two marmots and a black bear. Overall, a lovely day!
