- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please note that backpacks with two shoulder straps are not allowed at Grand Canyon West and must remain on the motor vehicle during your visit
- While smaller one-strap shoulder bags or small purse backpacks are allowed on the bus, suitcases or larger luggage must be left behind.

- If Zipline is booked: Guests must weigh between 90 and 275 pounds; the minimum and maximum weights may be adjusted due to high winds for safety.

Gia and Milton were excellent. They are hilarous, out going and super friendly. You can tell they know the history about all the places they took us to. I’m so glad they were out tour guides

Gia and Milton were the best on this tour! My cousin and I had a blast, we even added the helicopter and boat option to our tour. Gia’s directions were on point and Milton was a help getting us around. It was very fun and I will likely book another tour very soon.

Would recommend adding the helicopter and boat ride in also however didn’t have much time to fit it all in and the last part felt rushed. Was also told the skywalk wasn’t included even though my receipt said it was. However Gia and Milton were good guides.
Had an amazing day to Grand Canyon and skywalk with exceptional guide Gia, very informative and entertaining. Everything was great on time and on schedule. Bus driver Milton was great too enjoyed every minute.
