The Edge is New York City’s most exciting new attraction, set high above the fabulous, glimmering, brand new Hudson Yards! You’ll ride the elevator 100 stories into the sky, then step out in the open air onto a vast viewing platform with the famous skyline right before your eyes. Great City Pass, tons of options, have told family and friends. Saved some money too. Loved that it wasn’t limited by number of attractions but time and the app was great for creating and changing an itinerary on the go. I used mine for x4 Skyscrapers, NY Rise, Statute of Liberty, Ellis Island, Cruises on the Hudson, Wall Street Tour, 5 Burroughs Tour and more. Great Value for the money, probably saved 30-40% from buying individually.

Absolutely fabulous, not only do you save money it's so easy to amend bookings if running late or something unexpected happens. It rained heavily the 1 day so the visibility was poor at the edge viewing platform. We were able to amend the booking at the building and went the next day when the weather was stunning. So easy to do and entered all the other attractions without problems. Would definitely recommend

The disappointments were 1. First time visitor with family to NY and bought the 4-choice pass in the morning.It took a good 2 hours for Viator to get the tickets across digitally. 2. Then on the GoCity app, there was a sync problem with my email to get the passes downloaded. The manual passs option also did not work. I had to call the customer service and he was a good person. He advised for some reason the GoCity had a different email address and hence the issue. He then updated my email id and helped me download the passes. How was the email id different in GoCity system when I had got the confirmation email is my emailid ? Question for GoCity and Viator. 3. There are 100 attractions to choose from , but different rules for each attraction. We have to do a lot of reading to understand each attraction's requirement and do things accordingly. 4. We chose the sunset cruise and managed to reach Pier16 for the cruise well ahead of time. We informed the guides around there and they asked us to wait. When our turn came up to scan the pass, they said you have to exchange it for tickets in the box office. By the time I went back to box office, they said they are sold out. So we MISSED the sunset cruise even though we were there on time, asked around for guidance and then this happens. So in summary, it is value for money - but please plan , plan , plan and read every little section for each attraction. They run their business on us tourists committing mistakes to make money.

There are activities that are not worth it, like the PICNIC in Central Park (you have to go all the way to the top and the food they give you is not very good, oh! without a drink so you have to buy it there).

We booked at 2x day all-inclusive pass and it was worth every penny. We had 3.5 full days in New York and it allowed us a day and a half for free time to relax at our leisure. The sunset cruise comes highly reccomended at the end of a busy day and gives a different perspective of the city.
