Worth it. Easy to book. Nice app with lots of info.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found Go City worth it and easy to use. It’s great that the app and information helped make your booking and experience smooth.
My family and I traveled to New York City for a one day trip and had a great time. We took a cruise of Lower Manhattan that went by the Statue of Liberty, visited the Natural History Museum, and ended with a sunset visit to The Edge. We felt the app was helpful in terms of indicating which sites needed to be booked in advance. An area for improvement would be more information on using the pass for sites that do not require advanced booking. For example, the directions for the Natural History Museum indicated that your pass is scanned as your ticket. However, you have to actually wait in the line for purchasing tickets and are then given physical tickets that are then scanned for entry. Not a big deal but more specific info like this would be helpful as lines can often be quite long to purchase tickets.

Always with the pass. Everything worked smoothly. We were also able to change the time slot shortly before. It's just a pity that the pass cannot be used twice for the same attraction.

We bought a four attraction pass and used it for the Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, One World Trade observation deck, and SPYSCAPE. Everything was great and entry was easy with just presenting our passes on our phone. Great value for the money. I would use Go City again.

The experience was good other than i bought 2 tickets at the same time but one of them showed expired when i went to use it at the Natural History museum. So i ended up having to pay full price for it. Don't know how one was expired but the other was still ok.

Wonderful experience... The Pass was perfect Savings are guaranteed, with the pass you spend half I stayed in New York for 5 days with my wife to celebrate her birthday. New York is a lively city, full of lights and colors and in the evening it offers unique views and emotions In every attraction we visited we found kind and helpful staff, even around the city we always found people available to give us directions and advice. New York is a wonderful city, and with the pass you can see so many attractions while saving a lot of money. We'll definitely be back!!!
Hello There, We are beyond thankful for your review and we are so grateful for your kind words. Your feedback is extremely important to us. It is great to hear that you enjoyed using the pass from Go City. We hope to serve you in near future. Regards, Go City
We purchased passes for 5 attractions. We were looking for bikes to rent in Central Park, and one rental place only had electric scooters, which we realized only when we saw that they were not suitable for our 8-year-old son. So we did not rent them and went to where they had bikes. The rental place, having scanned our passes, indicated that we had used the attraction. Despite this, My immediate report to Go to City did nothing, and they did not contact us again. Forcing us to pay separately for the ticket for the fifth attraction
Purchased the 8 day all inclusvie pass. Great value if you can do at least 2-3 things a day over the course of 8 days. That means you need to plan ahead of time and to plan it so that the attractions that you would like to see are within the same geographic area to save time on travel. It can be difficult to co-ordinate as some attractions required pre-booking of the time of entry. We ended up doing 18 things so that the costs of the attractions (which averages around $40-45 per person) was 1/2 the cost on average. The upside is cost and you see a lot of things. The downside of this is that you will need a vacation from this vacation.
