The hotspring in Furnaz was nice but need more restroom or changing room. Being in the tour, we have to hurry up to change clothes.
Our guide. Hugo, was excellent. Just the right amount of information and answered all our questions. We liked how enthusiastic he was about showing us the wonderful things San Miguel Island has to offer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the tour.
Carlos our tour guide was phenomenal! Loved the trip and the Little surprises! The stew was great and the tea plantation very cool to see.
This tour covers a lot of sites and interesting stops. We had a great time. Our tour guide Jose was very knowledgeable about the sites and the history of the country. It was so nice to have him driving around so we could enjoy seeing everything.

Trip was perfect. Great timing for getting food from the volcanic holes where it was preparing. Great lunch.
Terrific mix of activities from thermal baths, traditional cooking and eating, to beautiful sites. Our guide, Jose Miguel, is a walking encyclopedia with deep knowledge of Portugal and the Azores, specifically. He delights in teaching. He also knows how to navigate around the fog to optimize the experience. A wonderful tour. Highly recommend.
The weather is very unpredictable It started out with dense fog then a steady rain then turned to bright blue skies then returned back into fog
Great day and Joaquin is a great guide with excel knowledge and a friendly approach. Really enjoyed the plantation visit and the Furnas baths were amazing. Food was also excellent
Joseph, our guide, was brilliant and ensured we got to see and experience everything, including seeing our food being removed from the volcanic ‘ovens’. We had a lot of fun and Joseph gave us plenty of interesting facts about the different locations we visited. The day was relaxed and we had plenty of time to see all the sights. Really recommend this trip and company
