Josh made this tour amazing!

Josh was AMAZING! We were there on 7.15.26 and he was so knowledgeable, funny, and we learned so much about the movie, making the movie, and secrets!!! You must try the butterbeer!!! Especially if you have been to Universal- this is much better! Josh was awesome! Train from London and busses were easy!

A magical time.

This was a lovely experience. I would only say to provide a little more time for the lunch as it takes quite some time to get the orders due to the volume of people being served. Our guide Lindsay was fantastic, and her knowledge was amazing.

So much fun and behind the scenes learning.

If you like Harry Potter, you will love it. If you know little about Harry Potter, you will be amazed.

My +1 is a Harry Potter nerd :)

The tour itself is really long about four hours once you get to the museum. My husband is super into Harry Potter, but I am only a milder fan. It worked out though because I was able to find a bench and look at my phone once I got overwhelmed with the detail. It was very enjoyable, however, and really a great experience.

Must See Tour

Great tour! Even for non-Harry Potter fans, it is a good tour. You will gain an appreciation for how films like this are made.

Waste of a tour guide

There is no need to book a tour, as all the guide did was get us to the train and the bus (which is pretty easy) and then drops you at the entrance to walk the place yourself. Cheaper to buy you own tickets and enjoy the day. And bring your own food for lunch.

Operator response

Dear Laura_J, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear our experience didn't meet your expectations, however, please allow me to clarify that this is exactly how the tour is designed and outlined in our official description. The experience is specifically structured as an unguided, self-guided day trip that includes round-trip transportation and entry tickets, allowing you the freedom to explore the site and choose your own lunch at your own pace. We appreciate your review.

Totally worth the extra cost!

We met our first guide outside Euston Station Alex and he helped us get to the studios. Inside we met with Mei Ling. She gave a fabulous tour over everything and even took us through some back passages to save time at lunch. She made the experience just absolutely incredible. We then had time to go back and explore more of what we were interested in. I will be honest I was wondering if this extra price would be worth it....and it totally was! Would do it again and highly recommend it.

I have to say, the...

I have to say, the experience was amazing. It was so organised and easy. The private guide at the studio, Nicolas, was such a good fellow. He made the whole experience special for my daughter and was very helpful. The guide who helped us reach the studio also made sure we all were comfortable and was super sweet and helpful

Potter tour

The daughter is a big Potter fan and she was super happy. Well maintained and modern but juicy prices for shopping and food.

Guide,Caty, made tour of the studios, absolutely perfect. We’ve taken tours all over the world, this is BEST!

Caty, guide was flawless! She brought all the movies to life and taught us so much of the backstories! We have taken so many tours all over the world, but this was by far the best for so many reasons! First of all being the guide! The children, pages 10 and 13 were mesmerized by all her information. As where are we!
