It was very good with Luismi, David, and Carlos, who are excellent guides.

Un cordial saludo, Fun and Tickets Team
Very good. Carlos is an excellent guide, and along with Beatriz and Adrián, they make a great team. They need to improve the timing as everything was very rushed, including the time allocated for lunch. 40 minutes is insufficient and instead of allowing us to savor the Suckling pig, it becomes indigestible to eat it in a hurry
Excellent tour of Ávila and Segovia. Beautiful tour out of Madrid. Our guide Rafael (Rafe), was excellent, fun and very knowledgeable about both cities. The lunch of steak, soup and wine was very delicious. The tour was on time throughout the day. There was quite alot of walking on uneven small cobblestone sidewalks that made mobility difficult for some. Personally, I would have liked to stop a little more often along the walking tour for photo opportunities.
Hello Valorie! Thank you for your wonderful review and for recommending our Ávila and Segovia Tour. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful landscapes, the delicious lunch, and Rafael’s engaging guidance throughout the day. We appreciate your feedback about the walking pace and the desire for more photo stops. It's important for us to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience, and we’ll take your suggestions into account for future tours. Thank you for being a part of our adventure, and we hope to see you again soon! Warm regards from the Fun&Tickets team!
The viaduct at the start of the tour is impressive, but the guide dispersed the visitors to fend for themselves to find coffee and restroom facilities. Communication on start time was not well done, and we had to catch up with our group, missing the narrative. The radio communication was limited by distance, often times it was too great to hear the guide. Lunch was overrated, not living up to ‘gastrointestinal ‘ delight. Would not recommend this trip to friends.
Dear Michael, We are sorry about the misunderstanding with our guide regarding the communication on start time in Segovia and about the issue with the audios. Lunch is always optional. It's up to our travelers to chose where they eat. We are happy that you had a nice tour though. Thanks for joining our tour. Kind regards, Fun and Tickets Team

The tour and our guide Sarah were great . There was some confusion about our lunch that was included with the tour. We don’t feel it’s appropriate to combine those whose tickets provide for a “gastronomic meal “, versus a light snack.
Dear Francis_L, Thank you for your feedback on our Avila and Segovia tour. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that Sara did a great job as your guide. We apologize for the confusion regarding the lunch arrangements. Your comments about the meal options are valuable to us, and we will certainly review this to ensure a better experience for all our guests in the future. Thank you again for choosing Fun&Tickets. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon. Best regards, The Fun&Tickets Team
The organizers worked hard to make sure that everything goes smoothly. The bus was comfortable, the guides gave clear directions. Maria was leading the tour in Spanish and English. Every tourist was given a device with the headphones so they could hear the narration while walking. Be prepared for a bit of walking on uneven surface but the attractions were worth it

Great sites and beautiful vistas!! Only issue was understanding the English of the guide. Thought it strange that we were the only ones from the whole bus that had the gastronomic lunch?! Thought it was what everyone signed up for. It was an ok lunch.

The sites, views and history are all top notch on this tour. I would recommend the tour for these reasons. The A/C on our bus didn't work well, and it was hot, humid and stuffy. Two of our three guides were great; one guide was a jerk. I would have given 5 stars otherwise, even with the broken A/C.
