⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our trip to Egypt was truly unforgettable—one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had! A huge part of that incredible experience was our amazing tour guide, Abanoub. From the very beginning, Abanoub made us feel safe, comfortable, and completely taken care of. His knowledge of Egypt’s rich history was outstanding—he brought every site to life with fascinating stories and details that made the experience so much more meaningful. He was professional, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having the best possible experience. Every day was well organized, smooth, and enjoyable thanks to him. If you’re planning a trip to Egypt, I highly recommend asking for Abanoub Raafat as your guide. He will make your trip exceptional! Thank you, Abanoub , for making our journey so special and memorable.
Museums are always a mixed bag. And there is always the question of to get a guided tour or not. So excited that we got abanoub. For a museum of this caliber and quality, we definitely benefited from having a guide that could answer any question on any item. The museum is simply not laid out the way that every traditional museum I have ever seen. There is a movement and a verticality to it that also lends itself to a guide. He knows every nook and every corner of this museum and this really helps for a museum of this size. This helps in coordinating a large group that wants to split up. And meet back together. Abanoub was able to give directions and support the different interests in a large group. This is not a museum laid out on a couple floors consisting of different floors dedicated to different periods. Meaning, you can't just say, let's meet in the Egypt section of the museum. You need a guide that can support the ambitious task of really exploring this incredible collection of human existence. He supplied us with a group WiFi just for our group so that we could stay in touch, he gave food suggestions and times and was able to get everybody what they needed. We spent roughly 5 hours at the the museum and it did not feel painful. Because he gave us comfort in splitting up and rejoining and he coordinated between groups. This meant that the older people could sit without the pressure to keep going. We all left the museum satisfied and not too tired to enjoy the rest of the day. Good guide. Great guide.
On our second day we went to the museum we spent around 6 hours there abanoub explained the masterpieces of the museum and then gave us free time to explore the museum on our own
I was in Egypt for the first time this year with my family, and it was truly an amazing experience! During our three days in Cairo, we saw the pyramids, the GEM museum and strolled the city center by the many markets. All this was in the company of our competent guide Abanoub. He was very knowledgeable on every monument or artifact we saw ( and there are LOTS:)! ) and would answer all our questions with patience and ease. Cairo can be a hectic city for a first-time visiter, but with Abanoub by our side everything seemed so smooth - everything from transportation to qeues and finding a good place to eat. We appreciated the guidance from Abanoub so much - highly recommend him!!
The greatest experience of my life! e saw the pyramids in Giza, we saw the inside of the largest pyramid. It was a mysterious place, an experience of a lifetime. The Sphinx was amazing, I learned a lot of historical information from our guide Abanoub. I learned how papyrus was made and then our guide took us to a local meal. It was delicious, I hope I will have the opportunity to taste it again. In the second half of the day we went to see the new museum. It was really huge, full of exhibits. I have never seen such beauty before, not even in the British Museum. The guide was very helpful, he was able to answer every question we had. His English was perfect, he was very friendly. We had a transfer from the hotel to the pyramids and other monuments, so the trip was comfortable and we managed to do a lot. I hope we will meet again someday. I definitely recommend Abanoub as a guide!
We visited karnak temple and Luxor temple on 21st Dec. Best day to visit on winter solstice. Had an oppurtunity to watch the sun rays fall into the sanctum. The guide Niveen nicely explained the importance of the day. Then finally took us to the local market where products were genuine and resonable. Great experience !!!
Our 4th day in Cairo to Giza pyramids was absolutely stunning. My mother's long time dream came true with Abnoub and his team. He is a excellent guide, knowledgeable friendly and humorous. The grand Egyptian museum is my favorite of all. I would love to have him as my guide whenever I visit Egypt.
The tour in East bank was by Ms Navin who has taken extreme care to explain every detail of the culture and history of Ancient Egypt while covering the Temple of Karnak and Luxor temple. She is polite , knowledgeable.
