Excellent guide and service, very interesting and very beautiful places. We learned more about Oaxacan culture. We loved the explanation of how rugs are made and how mezcal is produced. At the Mitla ruins, the guide detailed everything perfectly for us. The only thing we didn't like was the dirty water at Hierve el Agua, the workers were barely cleaning, and there was a very unpleasant smell. It is a place with a beautiful landscape, and we believe that situation did not allow us to enjoy it well.
The activity is all day which I found very nice, the guide very friendly and the driver like, overall everything was very good, traveled with my dad and we both liked it very much.
Excellent experience. The only thing that was missing was guide inside Boil the water, as they do not allow the guide to enter the site but there is also no local guide inside and it would be fabulous if there was any explanation inside. Otherwise, everything perfect!
We came to Oaxaca for Day of the Dead. So I went on this tour and I was surprised by the quality of the tour and the cheap price. I'm very happy with the weather and being able to visit many tourist attractions. Finally, I left my phone on the bus, but it ended up coming back to me. I want to say thank you to all the staff here. We also recommend this tour to all visitors to Oaxaca. All their service was amazing.
is alot of things to do in 1 day. our experience was the guide repeating all information nonstop in spanish and english languages, talking fast therefore information was lost. sometimes the mike worked, sometimes not. schedule was very tight not allowing time to do all you want. There was no pick up at our air bnb, due to the festivities, departure time was changed about 12-14 hours prior to departure and drop off was not available at origination, had to make your own way back.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your tour. On October 30th, Oaxaca celebrated the Magna Comparsas, large traditional parades that significantly affected traffic throughout the city. Originally, only one parade was scheduled, but three additional ones were added at the last minute and started earlier, which forced us to adjust the departure time to ensure the tour could still operate. For the same reason, pick-ups and drop-offs in certain areas were not possible, as many streets were closed due to the festivities. We truly appreciate your understanding, especially during Día de Muertos, when Oaxaca comes alive with celebrations that can also bring unexpected logistical challenges. Your feedback regarding the guide’s pace and the microphone issues has been shared with our team to help us continue improving. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide a more comfortable experience next time you visit Oaxaca.
All well-ordered and punctual, Don Toño passionate about his profession and conveys it. Cute, traditional places
Excellent 100 recommended all highly organized and respectful employees Attentive Excellent Service very happy and satisfied with this experience
This seems like a long day but it's great for people who don't want to do much climbing but want to hear about the history of the area. The textile shop was very informative and there was no pressure to buy. Mitla was in architectural historic restoration that was mostly on flat ground. We had time for a lunch that had various options for a nominal fee. The mezcal distillery was interesting and again no hard sell to buy anything. The tule tree was in a small town that was surrounded by a church and a beautiful garden area. Overall there's a lot packed in to this stretched out day but if you only have a short period of time it's a good overview of the city of Oaxaca surrounding area
Excellent! Punctual and professional! Don Antonio is an excellent guide!! The places visited... amazing! Don't miss it!
