I give 1 star because I can't give a negative rating. WhatsApp message from the agency announcing that the driver will pick us up at 9:15. The driver takes us to another meeting point at 9:30. We're being kept waiting 30 minutes for more participants... who arrived at 10:00. Other holidaymakers had already been there since 9am without the driver telling them anything Excursion description: lunch included Actually, what's included is just being dropped off at the restaurant. You will have to pay the price of the menu displayed nowhere. For 2 people: 2 menus, water, 1 Coke: 300 dirhams (I ate in Taghazout at 3, we paid 220 dhs). I went to the driver to tell him that lunch was included. He told me to pay and he'd call the age... Of course he didn't. On the return, I contacted the agency via the WhatsApp number which had communicated to me the pick-up time for the restaurant included but payable. My messages were read but I didn't get a reply. For hiking: plan to pay the guide extra. 300 dhs to be divided by number of participants. The only good thing about this outing: the Hassan guide to whom I give 10 stars. Contrary to what is written in the description, a certain physical condition is required. It's going up. Plan some very good shoes. Return: the driver dropped us by the road on the other side of the hotel, on a busy avenue to cross. Probably too eager to get home to drop us off on the right side of the hotel safely. Otherwise, other participants had paid the tour, via another booking method, 15€, which is close to what the service offered without guide or lunch included really worth Anyway... Search well and you will find cheaper and no unpleasant surprise

Jamal was very helpful and got us to the mountains safely. Sied was our local tour guide and made sure we all stayed safe and took us on a lovely route up and down the mountain.
The driver and local guide made this trip so nice and special. They were so nice and accommodating to us. The guide on the hike help any time that there was a tricky part on the trail and even took us to see more of the trail if we wanted. If I could give this service a 6/5 I would. Jamal was amazing.
