Description
Our tours operate daily and accommodate groups up to maximum 13 guests, and we include a good mix of large and boutique wineries. Our guides are fun, knowledgeable and entertaining. We include private experiences such as private cellar tours and a cheese pairing with a wine maker in her personal home.

Simonsig Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, is one of the oldest wine farms in South Africa. It is very popular for Method Cap Classique. South African sparkling wines are made in the traditional French method (methode champenoise) and are referred to as Methode Cap Classiques or MCC's. Here you will enjoy a cellar tour, sabrage, wine tasting and local delicacies such as our South African biltong and "dry wors"
Enjoy a private wine and cheese pairing with the winemakers in their private home, dining room and cellar
Middelvlei Estate, known for its hospitality and special farm atmosphere, offers a personal, unforgettable and authentic Stellenbosch Winelands experience. Here you will enjoy a wine tasting, barrel tasting and traditional, South African lunch known as a gourmet "Braai"

Stellenbosch is a university town in South Africa's Western Cape province. It's surrounded by the vineyards of the Cape Winelands and the mountainous nature reserves of Jonkershoek and Simonsberg. The town's oak-shaded streets are lined with cafes, boutiques and art galleries. Cape Dutch architecture gives a sense of South Africa's Dutch colonial history, as do the Village Museum's period houses and gardens

We really enjoyed this tour. The guide, Yaz, was knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. He chose an excellent variety of places to visit. The scenery and the wines were both unparalleled.

Had a brilliant time on the day tour to Stellenbosch, it was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The four vineyards we visited were varied and all high quality. All the wine and food was very enjoyable. Our guide Alethea was great, very friendly but professional too, and shared lots of knowledge about wine, wine making and the history of South Africa. Alethea also has a great sense of humour and kept the group smiling and upbeat the entire time. Not that there was any reason not to smile – we were on a wine tour in sunny South Africa!

I did not enjoy the wine tour. It was too long with too many stops. One of the presenters was very unfriendly.
