Pickup Locations & Times
Due to the damaged pier in Santa Maria, we currently use two different departure points depending on the day and sea conditions. We either depart from Santa Maria beach (near the pier) or Bikini Beach. Please get in touch with us after booking so we can confirm your exact meeting or pickup point. ->If you're staying further away, hotel pickup and drop-off are included. ->If you're nearby, we may meet you directly at the departure point — and of course, we’ll let you know in advance! We’ll make sure everything is clear and smooth, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your sailing day.

DO NOT BOOK ITS A SCAM. THEY WILL PRETEND TO COME AND COLLECT YOU BUT THEY DO NOT SHOW UP. They first messaged me and called in June then said it was a mistake and today we have been waiting at reception and no one came. Even the receptionist was confused
Dear Lisa, We are truly sorry that your experience did not go as planned and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as it was your birthday. We were sincerely looking forward to welcoming you on board and giving you a beautiful birthday experience on the ocean. We would, however, like to clarify that this was never a scam. Before the excursion, we made every effort to contact you through the contact methods provided in your booking. We sent messages via Viator and also attempted to reach you using the phone number provided. Unfortunately, we were unable to establish contact, as the contact details were not valid. After making a reservation, all our guests receive a confirmation asking them to please contact us to let us know where they are staying so we can confirm the correct meeting point and pickup time. Without being able to get in touch with our guests to confirm these details before the excursion, it is unfortunately almost impossible for us to organize the transfer and ensure the trip runs as planned. In addition, we called your hotel’s reception twice in an attempt to locate you, but unfortunately they were unable to assist us. Once we became aware of the situation, we offered a full refund. We sincerely regret this unfortunate misunderstanding and wish things had turned out differently. Providing excellent service to our guests is our highest priority and we hope future guests understand that this was an exceptional situation rather than a reflection of the service we strive to provide every day. Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean The friendly atmosphere with skipper Sebastian and the small group of adults made the trip an unforgettable experience. Even if the wind left something to be desired, a small breeze appeared. Likewise, the very good food should be mentioned. The drinks were always provided as well. We also saw a small school of pilot whales. Situationally Sebastian then reacted to the changing conditions and thus ended the southwestern island exploration in the bay of Santa Maria with a refreshing swim. A very good tour... Prefect for those who want to relax... I highly recommend having this nautical experience... both for rest and for being in contact with nature as well as for the pleasure of the nautical modality...

Great day, but do with sailing further afield as we went up and down the same coastline. Great experience even with the troubles at the start and with the main sail.

A magnificent day of sailing on the Lucy monohull, most of the time spent under sail with a little help from the engine for periods without wind (little time that day). Very good Mood on board, crew with great care and possibility to take the helm or participate in maneuvers if you wish (which was our case). We did not lack anything (drink, food, sun, music) and made many encounters with marine wildlife, to our delight: several sea turtles and especially a group of pilot whales that stayed very close to the boat for nearly 1/2 hour, just exceptional! Memories that will undoubtedly remain for a very long time. We really recommend this outing!
