Pickup Locations & Times
Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available from all hotels, resorts, apartments, guesthouses and Airbnb accommodations in Santa Maria, Murdeira, Espargos and Amílcar Cabral International Airport (SID). Your guide will be easy to identify, wearing the official Sal Experiences uniform and ID badge and holding a clearly visible yellow sign. Approximate pickup times: * Santa Maria: 8:40 AM – 9:00 AM * Murdeira: 8:50 AM – 9:10 AM * Espargos: 9:20 AM – 9:30 AM On the day before your tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp or your preferred contact method to confirm your exact pickup time and location. If your accommodation is not listed during booking, simply send us its name or address after making your reservation and we will arrange your pickup accordingly.

- Baby strollers, luggage and large bags are not permitted. One small personal item is allowed.
- The Blue Eye phenomenon is a natural event and is visible under suitable sunlight and sea conditions. Swimming at Buracona's natural pool is subject to weather and ocean conditions.

Amazing host- Tony- he was enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the area and keen to keep us in check. Loved him!! We did everything in good time- was organised and punctual. Tony gave us good vibes throughout the trip. Very good- saw everything and experienced everything as planned. Sharks were great- definitely bring beech shoes with you- rocks hard on feet and slippy. The salt lakes are a hard walk down but harder walking up- allow time! There is a toilet half way down and somewhere where you can get a drink. *** Bring small change as no and appeared to have chahge from a 20 euro note. However cards can be used.
Top-notch excursion!!! With a great guide. It is a shame that you were a bit short on time, but we enjoyed chatting and discovering.

My friend and I enjoyed this trip so much! The places you visit are unique and beautiful, the group is small, its chill and comfortable to travel, and the guides Ronaldo as well as our driver Ilani (?) are knowledgeable, fluent in different languages, relaxed, attentive and fun to hang out with! Great day trip for the family. Guides were great and made it a fun and informative trip.
A great excursion! Our guide Shan was fantastic! A sense of humor and good vibes that we loved!! During the journey in the mini bus, she talked to us about the Island, shared very interesting things, always with her spark and touch of humor! We saw the lemon sharks, the experience was very exciting, the salt flats and the Blue Eye. Everything was very organized and always thinking about the tourist and their comfort. We recommend it 100% Important note: Entry to the places was included, so there was no need to wait in line. Shan is a great photographer and dedicated himself to taking amazing photos of each couple and group. We recommend that you go with Sal Experience.

Fantastic! It is not very long (about 5 hours). Passes through the main points and is more than enough to see the most impressive places on the island. The guide Jackson was spectacular! I highly recommend it:)
Disappointed by the quality and the lack of beauty of the places visited. After visiting Boa Vista, Sal greatly disappointed me; with the exception of Santa Maria, it does not compare favorably. P.S. the pickup from the hotel was almost half an hour late.
