Not great

It lacked what was advertised and written the description of the itinerary posted on their website. It sounded really good when you read about it, but in reality, it really fell short.

Operator response

Thankyou much for your feedback, June Schumacher You joined our tour with 2 other friends. We checked with all of you after the tour, we got no reply from you, and we got a positive feedback from Janet E Jordan: Guide was excellent very knowledgeable!! On the date we also do free upgrade your tour (25 pax) with a small group (12 pax) the tour is less pick up/drop off and waiting time and more visiting time at the points but sure, no activity was missed. We would like to learn more about your feedback: what is the difference between our advertisement and the fact/your expecation in your opinion? any detailed feedback is appreciated We are willing to learn and make it better but we need your help. Thanks again for joining us. Have a nice time in Vietnam! Best regards, Luong
