Your professional tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, escorting you by vehicle to the Egyptian Museum. Here you will see a rare collection of art dating back to 5000 years prior which is considered to be the largest collection of ancient Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamun. Here you will see the treasures, gold, and jewelry which was enclosed within his tomb. An optional stop will be made for lunch.
Afterwards, head to Old Cairo where you will view the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Church of Abu Serga. These magnificient structures date anywhere from the 2nd to 5th century A.D. and contain amazing pieces of history in their own right. At the end of this tour you will be escorted back to your hotel.

Very disappointed after reading such good reviews. Our tour guide was Yasser and we were treated like children that hadn’t done their homework, rather than adults who had paid for the services of an informative & knowledge guide. Taken to a papyrus shop even though we didn’t want to go & then he couldn’t wait to leave us at the museum, by which point it was a relief to not be talked down to. Please find another guide don’t use this one.

What an amazing day! Today we visited the beautiful Muhammad Ali Mosque, The hanging Church, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Our tour guide, Ehab was so great! He shared so much of Egyptian History and culture. We were really engaged and learned so much. We’re so grateful for our driver and tour guide Ehab and Hussine. Great day around the city of Cairo. Lots of information and history. Hussein was the most wonderful guide. He is very patient and flexible. We opted to do Manial Palace instead of the Egyptian Museum. I would highly recommend having a tour with Hussein to anyone.
