Expect to Board a small speedboat for the thrilling ride out to the island, including a stop at a natural swimming pool where you can see starfish; after reaching Saona Island, spend the day exploring; stroll along the beach, relax in the white sand and swim in the azure waters. We do our best to provide a top-notch experience, allowing you to relax from the beginning to the end, having the security of quality and service in every aspect of the tour. Below you will find description on each price option: Regular Group Departure Cheapest option, no pick-up/drop-off included. Shared bus ride with a varying number of customers. Regular groups with pickup Similar to regular, but includes hotel pick-up and drop-off in Santo Domingo. VIP Transportation Luxury option with private transportation directly from your hotel to port in Bayahibe and back to Santo Domingo.

Loved this experience, the water was absolutely beautiful and the beach was nice as well. Food was good but my bf and I didnt too much enjoy the drinks.
Good day! The walk was amazing! The super competent agency with professionals notes a thousand. The tour was super organized. Super indico.
This trip was my birthday celebration, and these people tried to ruin it all. I waited at the place they asked me to go, and the bus driver told me that I wasn’t on the guest list. He suggested that I call the tour operators from whom I bought my ticket. The person I called was extremely rude and unhelpful. I waited for almost an hour, and they never got my name on the list. The bus driver refused to take me if my name was not on the list. They did apologize and said they were going to give me a refund, but I’m still waiting for it. However, I lost a whole day due to their unprofessionalism.

Very great experience. Boat was not crowded, we stopped at a very beautiful beach on the way. Great food and drinks on the boat and on the beach. All open bar the whole time.

Worst catamaran tour I’ve experienced but they can definitely work to improve. I loved the peaceful beautiful time at Saona island. The food was pretty good but I did not like that they only had soda and rum to drink with the food no water there not even for sale so bring your own little cooler. I also did not like the fact that the staff goes around and putting Dominican bandanas on everyone heads and then they go around charging $5 for it instead of telling people upfront that it was for sale . The transportation staff was really nice but the staff on the boat was not as nice. The natural pool was really nice but also the group gets split and some go back to the main lands on a speed boat rather then the catamaran. Overall I didn’t have a horrible time but I would not recommend this tour personally as I’ve done several catamaran tours in Dominican Republic and othe countries and had excellent experience with all of them. Hope this review can help them improve.

I got the option to arrive at the meetup location (I was staying close) but was offered the option to get picked up for free which I accepted, while asking when would they pick me up. They stopped answering my messages so I was confused if I should wait for them or get to the meetup location, but then they answered at 8pm (pickup was 6:30am). I asked who would pick me up and the license plate and they never answered. After that, they didn't communicate with the 2 ladies in the next pickup, which we had to wait until almost 9am (2.5hr in the van) to pick them up. That means we lost 2.5hr of the beach tour and only were there for less than 3hr. The catamaran and boat ride and The beach were fantastic. The lunch was fine. There is no area for boats, which means they get real close to where people are in the beach, sometimes asking people to move away instead of them getting to the beach a bit farther. The tour implies what is paid for and what is extra, but then every tour guide would ask for tips, including the van driver who made us wait. If you want to, feel free to tip additional, but don't feel obligated or pressured since they are already paid. Overall, great beach, partially friendly staff, very disorganized company.

Great trip. I fully recommend going with a friend or group. Some people will offer to take some pictures of you with their cameras. The pictures are quite expensive so be mindful of that.
