From Tirana/Durres/Golem: Saranda, Ksamil and Blue Eye Day Trip

Your tour guide will pick you up in the morning from your location and begin the scenic journey to the far south of Albania—Saranda. Sit back and relax in a comfortable van while your guide shares stories and insights about Albania and the places you pass along the way.

Famous for its white beaches and turquoise waters, Ksamil is one of Albania’s most beloved coastal destinations. Enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to swim, relax, enjoy food and drinks with a sea view, take photos at the Hand of Ksamil, or join an optional boat trip to the nearby islands. Your guide will explain all available options before your free time begins and will be happy to assist you if needed.

After visiting Ksamil, we continue to Saranda, one of Albania’s most popular coastal cities, beautifully nestled along the Ionian Sea. Upon arrival, your guide will introduce the city and its highlights before you enjoy free time to stroll along the lively seaside promenade, relax by the waterfront, savor a coffee with stunning sea views, take memorable photos, or simply soak up the vibrant atmosphere of this charming Mediterranean destination.

After your free time in Gjirokastër, we continue to the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër), one of Albania’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this enchanting spring is renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and mysterious depth, which still remains unknown. Here, you will enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to stroll through the nature park, admire the mesmerizing colors of the spring, capture unforgettable photos, relax in the tranquil surroundings, or unwind with a drink or snack at one of the nearby cafés.

In the late afternoon, we’ll drive back to Tirana, Durrës, or Golem. You may return a little tired after this full-day adventure, but with unforgettable memories and the satisfaction of having discovered some of the very best of Albania in just one day
