Agency is very well located and beautiful, I closed 3 days of tours, but I recommend 5 days missed 2 routes that I was unable to do Isle of Cedar and Bag of Mamanguá. I did the Jeep tour through the waterfalls is different but as the tour is in enclosed forest the water is well frozen, but it is a very cool adventure the guides Everton, Luan were fantastic and the drivers Mr Dalton told us a bit of the history throughout the route. 2nd day Trinidad beautiful beach itinerary, with easy medium short trails. Super recommend going on foot and return by boat the cost of the boat is R$ 50.00 per person. This tour is also accommodating as a guide. 3rd day we did the tour of Escuna here has to take care of has 8 routes, difficult to choose the best, I chose the Neptune II that passes through 4 beaches, but then I discovered that for us the recommended would be the Agua Claras finally stays for the next. The Historic Center go every day without a rush, crossing the city, passing the bridge talk to the natives Viva Paraty. Super recommend the Paraty Tours scripts.

Very professional organisation with good communication. Clean buses. Drivers very pleasant and careful on the road. Well timed comfort breaks on the 4 hour journey. Highly recommend

We used Paraty tours for our only shared transfer of our 4 week stay in Brazil. Our 4 other transfers were private door to door. Our experience wasn't great but everything worked eventually. Transfer from Galeaõ was delayed due to traffic. Poor communication at the airport led to unnecessary anxiety that we had been abandoned. Transfer back to Galeaõ required us to walk half a mile with our cases to the Paraty tours office to meet the driver. Other passengers were picked up from their hotels. Still don't understand why.

Very professional driver and clean vehicle. It was a long trek back to Rio de Janeiro, as there was a lot of waiting. But that, probably, is better than leaving travelers behind. But it does make for a long trek on what looks like, on a map, should be a short trip. But it's better than trying to catch a bus.

Regarding delays or travel time, we understand that you do not know how the routes work in Brazil, here they are very busy, they are very special routes where you must go at a certain speed as a precaution. I recommend if you want to get from Paraty to Rio, without having to worry. The driver was friendly. The road went very well. Pick up from the hotel and pose at the hotel, at the top.

The transportation is very good, the driver kind and polite, but the exit that is planned is fictional. They mark a departure time for the 12:30hs trip from the agency, instead of picking up the passengers from the Transfer before that time so that we can start the trip, they search for passengers from this time. Depending on the number of passengers this takes a long time, in the case there were few passengers and despite this it lasted almost 1 hour and a half until the start of the journey. So instead of starting the trip at 12:30hs it started almost 14hs. As a suggestion, the search for passengers by the hostels in Paraty should begin before the scheduled travel time. Thank you

Gostariamos apenas de esclarecer que os horários informados são os horários de pick-up, é dizer horario de recolhida em seu local de hospedagem, e não de partida ou de inicio da viagem. O serviço regular é compartilhado com outros passageiros e por tanto tem essa característica. Uma opção que talvez se ajuste mais as suas preferencias seria contratar o serviço de transfer privativo só pra você, nesse caso sim o carro pega o cliente e começa a viagem na hora escolhida.
