My driver was Youssef Khouiammi and Aziz was our Guide. Both of them were fantastic and made this trip special. I travelled alone but there were 4 other people in the group. The drive was around 3.5 hours each way, but Youssef was calm and professional despite the long day and always had a smile and can do attitude. I felt very safe in his vehicle and would recommend him to drive anywhere in Morocco. Aziz was friendly and took pride in sharing his culture and knowledge of his country and its us all. They stopped at just the right time on both legs of the journey so we could stretch our legs and looked after us well. Aziz, was patient and never rushed us, so we felt that we were soaking up the experience in our own time even though we were in a schedule! The lunch was really delicious and I felt like I got a glimpse into the real Morocco with the benefit of a fantastic driver and guide who explained the cultural context to us. The whole group became a group of friends by the end of the trip, this includes Youssef and Aziz who looked after us all. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see an authentic fishing port and alternative side to Marrakesh. The balance between having a guided tour and time to explore alone was just right!
Essaouria is a place that you must visit. City-wise this is the one that I liked the most. The city is gorgeous and the Medina is great. Omar was very attentive and tried to make sure that we had the best experience. Also, he drives well. I super recommend getting the tour from them, comparing other experiences that I had this was the best one.
