Fantastic experience that surpassed expectations. Excellent value. Pickup was also well communicated on day and on time
Very beautiful scenery, great experience riding camels. Very delicious food. Nice sunset, just unfortunately too short as we were picked up first 1h later than booked. Must not actually happen that both pickup location and time is changed at short notice.
They didn't show up for the appointment, they're not serious people, scam, they're here with my kids, not booked
The palace is in the works, and in fact you can visit half the precinct, q x other side, I don't know if it's for the works but the palace gardens are cluttered and the fountains (the grace of these palaces) do not work. Admission is at the same price as if there were no works. I've seen Arab palaces so much prettier than this.
This palace is quite disappointing as a tourist attraction. The price for visiting it is too high for what it offers. Especially considering that part is in the works and is not visitable. Empty rooms do not have any information, so if you are not accompanied by a guide, you are limited to a walk through meaningless rooms. Those of us who have been lucky enough to visit the Alambra in Spain or simply the La Mamounia hotel in Marrakech can do nothing but compare, and this building does not come to a standstill. If I hadn’t visited, I wouldn’t have missed anything appreciable and could have spent the 100DM on food or gifts.
A crazy world . This is where the laughter festival organized by Jamel Debbouze takes place. The place is superb. A must do
Excellent afternoon/evening in the desert with great views and scenery And sunset over very tasty dinner. Afterwards Berber music and fire show. Great experience Guide Hamza was excellent We booked just dinner without the camel ride, this is possible
This was an incredible day out but what made the day out was Walid (our guide) and Mustapha (our driver). Walid was so kind, well informed with excellent English. He also had a great sense of humour! He looked after his guests so well and was very caring and patient to everyone who was on the tour. Likewise, Mustapha was good humoured and drove very well on roads under construction. I felt very safe. We even enjoyed a great Bob Marley sing song on our return when we were the last guests to be dropped off - started by us, I might add! I was delighted to bump into Mustapha in another destination and he remembered us right away. The Moroccans, I feel, are very much like the Scottish; kind, funny, caring but straight talking! The trip itself was great value for money. We visited an argon oil shop where we were shown how it was made and got some lovely purchases. We then drove into the Atlas mountains and hiked up to the Agafay waterfalls. The first part of the hike was quite tough going and lasted about 20 minutes. Bring good shoes. However, our guide looked after everyone on the trip very well. It would also be a good idea to make sure that you bring enough water. There were opportunities to buy some but they don't take card in many shops in the mountains and we hadn't brought MAD (currency) with us (our fault). We had a lovely traditional meal in a Berber house which gave us time to cool down and chat to the other guests. Last of all was our camel ride which was great fun! We were provided with traditional dress to protect us from the hot desert sun. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our day out. I felt I had gained a little insight to a range of Moroccan lifestyle (traditionally and historically). Anyone that complains about this trip is not embracing the Moroccan lifestyle and culture and that is a 'you' problem. You don't visit someone else's country and expect them to adapt to you! Thank you again to Walid and Mustapha! Utterly lovely people.
The Palace of Bahia, located in the Medina of Marrakesh, was built in the late 19th century in Arabic-Andalusian or Moroccan style. It is very well preserved and the beauty of every detail wakes the attention of the visitor, from the garden, ceilings, courtyard, fountains and tiles.
Beautiful place, with architecture and super interesting location, worth visiting , beautiful photos, the guided tour is worth visiting , very
