We spent a very nice day in Essaouira, beautiful wild coast Very short to visit and enjoy a bit of the beach.

Essaouira is beautiful! But quite a bumpy ride to get there from Marrakesh! Our guide did not give us too much information though, but he was kind and considerate. The tour was short, and we were not given options for lunch except for one restaurant, in which the seafood was delicious! I would have liked the stops on the way there to be more traditional, and not in a touristy cafe. The argan oil cooperative was interesting though
We cheekily used this to get to the town from the capital, basically like a car share. Excessive stops each way but granted this may be to cater for other people’s needs. Nice clean bus and prompt pick up. Lovely driver and friendly aswell!
