What an amazing experience. Traveling as a solo female I felt really safe. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and communication before the trip was excellent. The mountains are stunning! The food was delicious and the waterfall just magical. Thank you so much! Tip for travellers take walking boots ☺️
We spent a wonderful day with our guide Mustapha, very kind and considerate. Great organization, and our driver lhsen drove us safely into the mountain roads. The meal with a fantastic view and 3 beautiful waterfalls. Remember to take good shoes and warm clothing!:) again thank you both Stephanie and Benoît
It was amazing Great Mood our Hanadi guide was adorable we had a great time. I recommend this trip to the desert, great memories
We booked this a few days in advance. We were communicated a time and date for pickup which was completely different than our booking. We were then forced to miss it, and they admitted their mistake as a glitch in their system, but only refunded us for half of the experience.
We took a tour of the Agafay Desert and everything went very well. Hamza sent the pick-up details on the day itself, which helped with the organization. On the way to Agafay, we stopped at a women's cooperative dedicated to producing argan oil. The experience included a 30-minute quad tour and a 20-minute camel ride (we opted not to do the latter). The Quads are for two people, but you can drive alone if available and pay extra. The location where the experience ends has a pool, relaxation areas, and a pleasant atmosphere. Dinner is served at the end of the day and includes a small show with traditional music and fire. A photographer will be present at the start of the activity and will provide all the photos for a fixed price. Important: Bring cash for drinks, photos, and other extra expenses. I recommend it for those looking for a different experience near Marrakech, with a good balance of adventure and relaxation.
I never usually write reviews but felt compelled after our terrible experience. We booked this trip, which was actually advertised as quad bikes, dinner and show. We were told we were being picked up at 4pm and were waiting around for ages - we couldn’t get through to the tour provider and assumed it wasn’t happening. We then got a message at 5pm saying we’ll be picked up at 5.30pm, so we wasted all that time waiting around. When we got in the van, the driver told us we hadn’t paid for the quads and were just going for the dinner. We showed him our booking and he laughed and still said no, but eventually agreed after some back and forth. After a long detour where they tried to sell us fake argon oil products, we eventually arrived and were left waiting around with no information on what was happening. The driver eventually came over with another guy who demanded to see our booking again. I showed him a screen grab of the confirmation - something I always do in case I can’t get signal to go into my bookings. He said, no, not the screengrab - go into your bookings, which was an odd demand. I managed to - and as I did, I saw they had somehow changed it to a lunch time waterfall trip. Why would they have picked us up - have our names and number too - and take us to the desert at 4pm if we had booked the lunchtime waterfall trip? Luckily I took the screengrab as proof because they were trying to charge us again for the quads! We were left at this spot in the desert until 8pm(!) before we eventually had a 15 minute quad bike ride. Which, to be honest, was rubbish as we were all in a line and had to go VERY slow. We also had to share. We did have a nice dinner afterwards, but we were so disappointed at how they treated us that it put a dampener on the whole experience. We got back to our Riad at 11pm. A very long, 7-hour trip for a short, 15 min quad ride! Do not book.
They never showed up, I have clear communication with them and I mentioned the pick up from hotel. They later said the pick up was different and sent edited WhatsApp messages. They tried to extort further funds from me to pick us up at later date. Gave proof of communication to Tripadvisor for a refund, Tripadvisor have decided not to do that. Will not be booking with them again. Booked with a different company next day, no issues
We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at our hotel after the activity ended. 5/5 Quad ride with a stop to watch the sunset 5/5 Meal 5/5 The show 5/5 Said our guide top 5/5. I recommend
This was such a great experience and absolutely worth every penny! We got to do so much, and it didn’t cost much at all. From start to finish, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. We were picked up directly from our hotel, and the journey to the quad biking and camel riding area was smooth and pleasant. Our tour guide, Malak, was incredible , truly one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. She was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. We can’t thank her enough! The quad biking was thrilling, and our guide there was also very friendly and helpful, even taking pictures for us. The camel ride was another fun highlight, and again, the guide made sure we were all safe and enjoying ourselves and took pictures for us on the way. To top it all off, the fire show was absolutely impressive, a real treat that added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. We had such a fantastic time and would highly recommend this package to anyone considering it. Huge thanks to everyone involved, especially Malak, for making it such a memorable experience!
The excursion went very well, the pickup point was at the Jemaa el Fna, a clear point where to arrive, at first it was very hot in the van, unbearable, it was a hot day that we understand them but the air did not work properly and the little that was not enough for the 16 people we were going. The guide was friendly and attentive, always asking us if we were comfortable or if something was missing. The great quads the experience I recommend, the very good dinner with three courses, live music and to finish the incredible fire show!!!
