-Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti - American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for its tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. -The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, When Cu Chi was " A Free Target Zone ". The remnants visitors will see show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there. -Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war)

7:30 am: Pick up at meeting point (the service provider's office) or from hotels in District 1 center.
On the way to Cu Chi Tunnels, you will visit lacquer work shop.
- Watch a documentary film before the journey start - Visit a command center - Enjoy local special food such as steamed tapioca and hot tea - Discover Hoang Cam smoke-less stove - Explore the fighting bunkers, dangerous booby traps - You have chance to try shooting (optional)
Head back to the city in the afternoon; the tour finishes at 2:30 PM

It’s the best tour I’ve signed up for. It’s the half day trip. You need to prepare extra money VND 450000 if you want to go on cable car up to the peak of Ba Na Hill. It worths it. The tour helps me understand more about Vietnamese War and their culture, especially after the my own tour in War Remnants Museum. Highly recommend Harry as tour guide. He really did a good job to make things simple to understand. #ELBIEEOPEATOR

We took a day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels, Cao Dai Temple, and Black Virgin Mountain on a Saturday. Despite booking last minute on Friday, the agent confirmed quickly. Our guide, Bình, even messaged us on WhatsApp to check for food allergies and share the next day's details. Be prepared for a full day since these sites are far from HCMC, we didn't return until night. The itinerary was punctual and well-organized, and our van was clean with great AC. Since the weather is intense, definitely bring a hat, sunglasses, or a light jacket. At Black Virgin Mountain, we took the cable car to the Sun World complex, which is massive and full of nice photo spot. Don't miss the water show at the Laughing Buddha! Lunch at a local restaurant was also included. The Tay Ninh temple complex is an impressive site for the Cao Dai sect, and the Cu Chi Tunnels offered a truly eye-opening look at history. Should try their shooting range experience. Huge thanks to Bình, he was such a knowledgeable, warm, and friendly guide!
