Translation option option is meaningless

◾️Reservation I booked through TripAdvisor the night before and they were happy to accept. The exchange was then conducted via WhatsApp . I asked for an audio guide for translation and the file was shared on Google Drive. ◾️Assembly We met at 6:30, about 15 minutes from the Cairo hotel. There were six of us, including guests from Giza. On the way to Alexandria, we were closed to traffic and left completely stranded for two hours. It was like Lala Land. We stopped at the service area to rest. We ended up arriving quite late and the sightseeing started at 12:30. ◾️Sightseeing 1 I think the voice guide was almost useless. This is only supplemental information and can only be summarized with Siri audio. I don't think it's even 5% of what the guide says. As a result, I think people who understand English should participate. My guide was a good person. The journey may have changed due to the road closure. New Library of Alexandria, Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, Serapeum of Alexandria (visit from outside), Ancient Roman Theater, Alexandria ◾️Restaurants The courses were as follows: ✔︎Appetizer Hummus, aeshi and salad came out. ✔︎Soup It was shrimp bisque soup. It had ingredients like kamaboko (fish paste). ✔︎Main Plates of grilled mullet, shrimp, curry-flavored potatoes, squid squid and rice I had additional guava juice at 100 EGP. 【Service】Atmosphere It is a beautiful restaurant with a sea view. If you don't tip, they won't give you toilet paper. There was nothing particularly concerning about the customer service. I was refused credit card access to juice. ◾️Sightseeing 2 Sea, Sidi Morsi Abu al-Abbas Mosque (visit from outside), Al-Montaza Palace Gardens (only for walking in the park and the cafe mentioned below) I think the second half of the process in particular has been omitted. ◾️Tea island Select tea from green and black tea. This time I opted for tea and was served tea in a teapack. ◾️Other I think you will share a ride with customers who have chosen another course. Even if you leave out lunch or tickets, you end up paying cash to go with them. Details of each facility will be reviewed separately.

Overall its value for money but it was not perfect

Waleed was a great guide and there’s many sights to visit in a short period of time. The only downside the Citadel was viewed from a distance and i would skip the visit to Palace ( too much time was spent there) than to skip the Citadel visit altogether.

The most Alexandria in a day

Alexandria cannot be missed. If your itinerary only gives you one day out of Cairo, this day trip accomplishes a lot. Mohamed was resourceful and attentive.

A Wonderful day trip of Alexandria.

An amazing trip to understand the history of Alexandria. Special thanks to our tour guide Mr. Waleed Magdy who made our day sharing his rich knowledge about the history and archeological facts of the city. Also, thanks to Ms. Sylvia Shinouda for well arranging and organising our trip.
