What a great experience! Khaled and our 4x4 driver were absolutely amazing, so kind to out 5 year old daughter too, she loved every second. We would 100% recommend the tour. Its a life experience you will never forget. Thank you Khaled and everyone involved.
Our guide was very friendly! his name was ahmed and he was very knowledgeable of the area and taught us lots about egypt along the way to our tour! his car was very clean and he was very helpful throughout the excursion!
This tour was so so so much fun. We got to see beautiful views and eat some delicious food. Our tour guide Ehab was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. He was good company and made the experience so much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend booking this tour and doing it with Ehab in specific. Truly an experience I will never forget.
I had such an amazing experience visiting Fayoum and Wadi El Rayan with Ehab. He made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the whole experience. He also provided us with a great 4x4 driver who made sure that we were all safe while still enjoying the dunes and 4x4 experience. The lunch Ehab provided for us was an amazing Bedouin style lunch, and he made sure that we were not left hungry. I would highly recommend for anyone to book with Ehab. Over all it was a 10/10 experience and I would do it all over again. Highly recommended for everyone to request Ehab.
Wow!! What a day! We had such a great time with our guide Essam. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe. We had a great time on our tour and definitely recommend for anyone wanting an adventure!
Amazing experience - can absolutely recommend! Well designed, nice touch of adrenaline, and super kind people. Thank you!
O.U.T.S.T.A.N.D.I.N.G!!! My husband and I booked this activity on our first day in Egypt and it hands down exceeded any expectation my imagination could conjure. Mohamad Hisham was our guide and our driver was Hassa; they picked us up from our hotel right on schedule. After all 6 travelers were picked up we traveled through Fayoum. Along the way Mohamad shared cultural insights about the area and the people who lived there. Once we arrived in Wady El Rayan, we hit the Sand dunes by 4x4 and that was an adventure! Our Sand Bashing driver Muhammad (a different person) made sure we felt how wild and free the desert can be; at times it felt like riding wild waves of sand. Next we went Sand boarding, rode camels by a body of water that led to a WATERFALL. If you didn't ride camels you could ride a horse or go on a boat ride. We then took panoramic views on top of mountains by an oasis and concluded our time in the desert by having BBQ in a Bedouin nomadic campsite. They offered to take our photos while we lived in the moment and even guided us on some creative poses. I thought that was the end of the tour but we then traveled back to Kairo and learned how papyrus paper was made as well as Egyptian incense and perfumes (Bonus activities!) Mohamad, Hassa and the rest of the team were so hospitable and incredible. What added to the experience was that they each seemed to really enjoy the work they did and had strong rapport with each other which made the day really fun. I could not recommend this tour enough and am so glad we got to experience it!
I had an absolute blast! The Fayoum White Desert was incredible—from dune bashing and sandboarding to camel rides and checking out the waterfalls. After all that adventure, I definitely worked up an appetite, and the lunch at the Bedouin village hit the spot. So good! Taha was an excellent guide—punctual, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He even took me to an authentic Egyptian restaurant for breakfast, and the falafel was some of the best I’ve ever had. Delicious! He’s also an amazing photographer… basically a personal paparazzi. I came away with so many Instagram-worthy photos thanks to him. If you book through Viator, just be sure to check whether your hotel is considered “long range.” Many listings say pickup is included, but some locations may have an extra fee. Thankfully, the tour company reached out ahead of time, explained everything clearly, and offered a free pickup option at a nearby hotel. I just grabbed an Uber and saved the extra cost. Overall, an amazing experience—highly recommend!
Very nice trip, 10/10 recommend. Very friendly guide en the food was good. See a lot of places the whole day.
This overall experience was nice! It was fun to ride through the desert in the 4 x 4s and experience life outside of the city! I really loved the view and the boat ride. This experience is great if you want to get the real feel of the desert and local life. I really enjoyed that part!! For lunch, we ate on the floor at a little table in a camp in the desert. That was lovely and the food was so tasty! I gave this a four star because on the ride there, we kept stopping so the driver and tour guide could smoke cigarettes. And throughout our 12hr experience, they were smoking, which eventually started to wear on my sinuses. I personally don't smoke, so that part was very uncomfortable. The people doing the tour were real nice and friendly. However, there was another hiccup when we arrived to the park, they told us we each owed 500E EGP. Which is very pricey for Egypt. Most of us were caught off guard because we already paid a pretty big price just to do the tour. I went with two other people and our tickets to the tour was $400 for the three of us. I wouldn't have minded if they had told us in advance but it felt like they were being shady and taking advantage since we already paid so much. Besides that, the tour itself was definitely a fun experience and very enjoyable.
