Our tour guide Lidia and Marcos our driver were fantastic. They were very interesting and friendly. They were also extremely helpful
Very insightful and comfortable tour experience! Details are well communicated and as expected. The guide Visalis is very knowledgeable and makes the tour a fun learning experience!
Overall the tour was good. Excellent knowledge by our friendly tour guide Roi. The transportation was very comfortable. Sites very interesting. HOWEVER, while the description notes a " delightful" tasting of pistachios, this was a disappointment as it consisted of a 2 ml scraping of pistachio cream onto a plastic spoon at a street store. . This hardly counts as a pistachio tasting. Its equivalent of passing by any vendor who gives a sample. This shod be rectified.or changed.
There was some difficulty finding the meeting place in the port. The customer service rep at the Ammons Express office was very helpful and assisted me by sending me a picture of the area to meet. I was successful in finding the tour guide. The tour guide Vivian was smart, organized and interesting. She paced the tour so we had enough time to eat and go to the beach. Nice tour of the island.
The meeting point was confusing. I needed to text the tour guide that I was on the ship and where she could find me. The tour guide was very understanding about what happened. Overall, I enjoyed the tour. It would be helpful if pick-up service is provided to allow everyone to be together.
Tour guide was excellent. She gave us a lot of information about the experience. However, I just think viator needs to give more information on meeting at the port very disorganized with that.
Given the warm temperatures (95+ Farenheit), the ruins were shut down between 1-5pm; therefore, we were unable to walk around the ruins themselves but we were able to see them from the main road. The tour to the monestary was incredible and just amazing! The best part was having the opportunity to go to the beach for a couple of hours -- water was super refreshing given the high temps. The tour guide Vivian was exceptional! Vivian was well versed in the Greece history and the information on each individual site visited.
Very comfy ferry there and back, our guide, Vivian, was so knowledgeable, always there to help and answer questions.
It’s an amazing trip - highly recommend ! Nice blend of historical sites , relaxing on the beach, and shopping Our tour operator Vivian was AMAZING. She not only knew the local history thoroughly, but the culture as well.PLUS she has an archeology background - she MADE the trip Request her is you can!
Vivian was a wondeful guide. She was interesting without giving too much information to retain, and very kind. The pace of the trip was good with enough time at each stop. We would have appreciated a note regarding the need to have coverage for the monastery when we booked. The van was great...glad we only had 13 and didn't need a big bus on those narrow roads.
