Our guide, Richard, took great care of us. He did everything possible to help us see the big five and he succeeded! He helped us discover all the wildlife, including the birds, and gave us explanations about their behavior. The welcome at the lodges was very pleasant. There was often a pool, which allowed us to recover after the days of safari. The food was excellent and abundant.

We had a fantastic driver, Leonard, who safely drove us to the lodges and was able to show us all the Big Five during the game drives. We always felt safe and well taken care of. The safari was really an experience and we would book again . I would like to emphasize here especially positively that we were only two in the off-road vehicle and were therefore very flexible in terms of the trips . the tours in the national parks are not crowded and we often had the feeling of being alone in the wild . the animals were also easily visible without binoculars (did the guide have) and were mostly only a few meters from the car. we exchanged with other tourists as far as the visibility of the animals also had very exciting and exciting experiences. our guide Neyman was a dream . he was very friendly, funny, told a lot about flora and fauna on his own and was able to answer us our questions in detail. we really had a great and exciting time with him. the lodges are in my opinion at European level. we stayed two nights directly in the serengeti national park in “luxury” tents where there was one night no hot water because it rained all day and so the solar panels could not deliver . should not be understood now as criticism but as info. the food was excellent at all times and the staff very friendly . only downer drop and for that there is also a star deductible is the handling of the europayers . in the lodges of the provider everything is designed for dollars, which is currently weaker than the euro. the employees seem to have the instruction to treat the euro like the dollar . when you address them they reply that it is so less complicated (weak excuse) . but if you first give the euro price and then pay with dollars it is suddenly no longer complicated to use a calculator . this circumstance is a nogo for me personally. if I knew with these again a trip I would change 300 euros to small dollars seem
