Sundance Square fuses historical Western architecture with modern design across its walkable 37-square-block downtown campus of shopping, restaurants, art galleries, entertainment, professional offices, and residential living. Its plaza is rated as one of the nation’s top outdoor gathering spots and is referred to as the "living room of Fort Worth.” Visitors to Sundance Square are encouraged to explore its murals, whimsical water fountains, courtyards, one-of-a-kind local shops, great food, and live music.
Rails and Reflection Heading South to the T&P Station Continuing south, we drive by the Texas and Pacific Railway Station. This Art Deco masterpiece serves as a reminder of 1931, when the railroad was the lifeblood of the city's economy. The Water Gardens: Just a block away, we enter the Fort Worth Water Gardens. This "cooling oasis" is an architectural marvel of cascading water. We’ll take a moment to walk down into the Active Pool, where the water thunders around you. JFK Memorial: On your way back toward the center, we pass the JFK Tribute. On your way back toward the center, we pass the JFK Tribute. This marks the spot outside the former Hotel Texas where President Kennedy gave his final public speech on the morning of November 22, 1963.
We’ll ride past the iconic Bass Performance Hall, easily recognizable by the 48-foot tall limestone angels blowing trumpets on the facade. Sid Richardson Museum: We stop here to see one of the premier collections of Western Art in the US. You'll see the American West through the eyes of masters like Frederic Remington and Charles M. Russell. The Tarrant County Courthouse: At the end of Main Street sits the pink Texas granite courthouse. We’ll head inside to the 1895 Room, a beautifully restored space that captures the Victorian-era grandeur of the building's origins
The Tarrant County Courthouse was designed by the architecture firm of Frederick C. Gunn and Louis Curtiss and built by the Probst Construction Company of Chicago, 1893–1895. It is a pink Texas granite building in Renaissance Revival style, closely resembling the Texas State Capitol with the exception of the clock tower. The cost was $408,840 and citizens considered it such a public extravagance that a new County Commissioners' Court was elected in 1894
PLEASE NOTE: THE 70-MINUTE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE THE STOCKYARDS.
The Stockyards National Historic District We leave downtown and head north to the Stockyards. This is where the pavement turns to brick and the history of the cattle drives comes alive. The Herd: If we time it right, we’ll catch the world’s only twice-daily cattle drive, where real Texas Longhorns are driven down Exchange Avenue by authentic drovers

Information about Ft Worth was interesting and informative. Driver was accomative and helpful to help Senior citizens get on and van.
When booked it was showing a different event. So when I showed up it was too late to cancel and receive a refund. When I asked to reschedule to same day just later in the day they wanted to charge me almost the same amount as the tour. No help or understanding and no refund. No over to make it right just want to take your money. I would not book through this site or for this tour unless you want people who don’t care about you only want to take your money and give nothing in return
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify what occurred. Our tour descriptions and booking details clearly outline the experience being offered, and at no point do we advertise or reference pony rides. On the day of your reservation, our guide was informed at the departure point that you chose not to participate in the tour due to a misunderstanding about what was booked. When you later contacted our office, our team made an effort to assist by offering a same-day rebooking at a 50% discounted rate, which is a significant courtesy given our standard policy regarding missed or unused tours. At that time, you mentioned you would call back to confirm, but we did not hear from you again. We always strive to provide transparent information and fair solutions to our guests. For that reason, we feel that characterizing your experience in a way that suggests dishonest intent does not accurately reflect the situation or the efforts made by our team to assist you. We regret that there was confusion regarding your booking and wish you had reached back out so we could have further assisted you.
A comfortable open bus with Tim, our knowledgeable guide and driver. Started well in downtown Fort Worth at Sundance Square - heaps of appealing eateries in this area for before or after the trip. A few interesting historical sites in the city, but the highlight is the cattle sale yards tourist precinct: be sure to dress the part and wear your cowboy boots!
