We had a great Ferrenci experience with Allesandro who is a great and very talented tour guide. We are definitely going to use him again. Keep up the good work and take care of the horse. The driver Marco is also amazing and very mindful of time. Kudos yo both! Thank you much! Nanette & Rene New Jersey, USA
This tour was well worth the money. Alessandro, our guide, was exceptional. He was funny, kind, knowledgable, and patient. He provided us with a lot of info and was able to get us a 50% discount at the leather store. He used a stick pony as his "flag", so he was very easy to spot and follow! Marco, our driver, took great care of us, we were never concerned.for our safety! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

We were on a cruise which stopped in Livorno. A 1.5 hr coach ride, brought us to Florence where we boarded a city bus and toured part of the city as a group. We then embarked on a walking city tour, passing many of the beautiful sights that Florence holds. Our tour guide, Alessandro, made sure we all stayed together and that no one got lost. He also gave us time to have a wonderful italian lunch and do some shopping at the market at the end of the tour. In my opinion, the element town fall was that there should have been more narration about the city. Also, be aware that this tour involves a lot of walking!! (Approx 4 - 5 miles)

Good well organized tour. Tour Guide Alex was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. A bit more narration in local history would have made it a even better. Would not recommend this tour for people who need a walking stick, cane or not use to walking a few miles.
