Upon arrival in Sorrento a chain was placed across the exit stairway. Many people thought we were not allowed to exit so they were left stranded and did not exit the boat. There was no announcement or indication that we needed to exit through the front of the boat and downstairs. Many people got stuck and returned to Naples by mistake- missing their stop at Sorrento.
We went to the ticket window for NLG as instructed by Viator from the email. We presented the representative with the information as directed by Viator. NLG handed everything back to me and said there is nothing. I asked again for her to speak with somebody because we prepaid. After 20 minutes, we finally got our tickets. No apology, no thank you.
