- As a reminder, Ferrari Park conducts regular maintenance on their rides. Updated information can be accessed on their official website and via screens at the venue entrance. Please note that resellers are not responsible for ride unavailability due to maintenance, and refund requests related to this will not be accommodated.
- Formula Rossa ride at Ferrari World. Moving forward, customers will need to reserve their slots as per the following guidelines: 1. Reservation Required: Formula Rossa now requires a reservation upon park entry on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. How to Book: Guests can scan the QR code at the park entrance or visit the Information Desk to book a 30-minute time slot. 3. Limited Availability: Time slots are limited, so we recommend booking immediately upon arrival. 4. Evening Access: From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, no time slots are required; direct access is permitted. 5. Fast Track Upgrade: Standard Fast Track is not valid for Formula Rossa. Guests can upgrade to the Formula Rossa Fast Track for 50 AED per ride. 6. Booking Limits: Each email address is limited to one time slot per day, with a maximum of 5 guests per booking. Please ensure to book the slot to have hustle free experiance

After booking incudling pick up from hotel they told that they cant pick up from my area then they told me on the last minute that the booking is reschedulled because it is fully booked and we can book a private transfer. I dont recommend for anyone.

The trip to Yas Island was an amazing experience. We we had a one and a half hour trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi but we hardly felt bored as the driver kept engaging us with his conversations. He told us all about Dubai like cheap shopping places, Indian Restaurants and many other things. He even recommended a Go Karting area which was one of the best experience for my kids. He also showed as Formula 1 track which we never imagined we would see. I would recommend Saeed Akhtar (our driver/licensed guide) to anyone who wants a good tour of the U.A.E.

The views were amazing especially the Grand Mosque and the city tour. The driver Muhammed Saeed Akhtar was amazing, professional, calm, patient,caring and was all out to ensure we had a good experience. Kudos to him.

The worst company I ever came across - Booked a B2b holiday package from them, which was booked for Wrong hotel by them.......Nobody, literally nobody took the responsibility and even stopped coming on calls.......the issue was never resolved. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Ferrari World ticket I purchased from your platform. Upon arrival, the ticket was initially marked as invalid, and upon a second attempt, it was flagged as already used. I immediately contacted your team on the same day, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a resolution. The park staff advised me to contact the tour agency directly, and I have been waiting for a response. Given the lack of resolution, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and my bank.

Everything was covered. Pick up and drop off from dubai. Very clear and fast service to Ferrari world.
The driver arrived on time for the transfers and was in constant communication with us. We enjoyed the full day at the park and he was on time for pick up. We were on the last ride and requested 10 minutes extra which he graciously granted. Thanks Ali
