Agent had great communication with us since before our arrival, agents English was good not a real big accent, everything was good as described on the information, agent even helped when we noticed our taxi was booked for the wrong date, one thing to make clear they literally just guide you to a shorter line at immigration which is so much faster but luggage may take long

Nam was amazing. Our flight with Vietjet was 1 hour late arriving. We had 2 hours still to get through immigration and get our bags, walk to domestic terminal and check in for our domestic flight and then go through security and get our flight to Da Nang. We would not have made it through without Nam at Joy time travel. He contacted me through what’s app before we arrived, then was first in line waiting for us at immigration, we were 4 in line at the fast track immigration queue, he then waited whilst we got our bags, checked which terminal we needed for the Da Nang flight ( I thought we needed a bus but that was Vietnam airlines) so he walked us to the domestic terminal. He also happily helped other travelers who had questions. His English is superb. Highly recommend Nam and Joy travel. Even with 2 hours we just made it onto the Da Nang flight as with Vietjet you can’t pre-check in so there are long queues at domestic terminal. Highly recommend having someone there to help if you have a connecting flight.

Best service ever. Both arrival and departure through fast track vip was the best did not have to wait for long. Zipped through effortlessly through customs both ways. Thank you to Lucy on arrival at 4pm and Hoang Nam at 4 pm on departure both outstanding performance.

I paid US$55 for Fast Track Vietnam’s premium arrival service at Ho Chi Minh City Airport and found it to be completely misrepresented. The representative spent a total of about 30 seconds with me. He simply pointed me towards the same immigration queue being used by my fellow Business Class passengers and then disappeared. The premium service was advertised as including assistance through immigration and help with luggage. Neither was provided. I received no priority processing, no queue bypass and no baggage assistance. In fact, I never saw the representative again after being directed to the queue. As a result, I received absolutely no benefit for the US$55 I paid. Had I not booked the service, my airport experience would have been exactly the same. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and would advise travellers to save their money

Services such as dedicated escorting throughout the airport, baggage handling, and comprehensive transit support are part of our premium service packages and are not included in the standard Fast Track service. Following your complaint, we carefully reviewed the service records and confirmed that the assistance provided was in line with the service purchased. We also confirmed that our representative explained the service scope to you during the assistance process. While we understand that you expected a higher level of support, the additional services you mentioned fall outside the scope of the package booked. Please also note that the US$55 you paid covered the Standard Fast Track service for two passengers and did not include any premium or personalized airport assistance services. Too slow and chaotic. People were switching lines and it was not clear which line we should wait in.
Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the longer waiting time at the Fast Track lane during your arrival. Due to the unusually high passenger volume at the airport on that day, the immigration lines were significantly longer than usual. However, we would like to assure you that you were guided through the correct Fast Track lane and received the highest available priority for immigration clearance at that time. Although there was still some waiting involved because of the airport congestion, the Fast Track service helped minimize your processing time as much as possible compared to the regular immigration lines. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience.
There is a person carrying a sign with your name before immigration. The process was quick and smooth. They could improve this service by better notification like the name of the person and his contact in the confirmed email. The phone number listed on the website is not working when called.

They met us outside, took our passports, asked us to wait and a few minutes later, they handed us our passports and we were on the way.
