The Majorelle Garden, Created in the space of forty years, the ensemble, surrounded by walls, consists of a labyrinth of intersecting paths, interlocking levels and boldly coloured Art Deco Moorish buildings. The garden is a gigantic and opulent mound of exotic plants and trees from the most distant lands, In 1980, Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé, who discovered Morocco in 1966, bought the Majorelle Garden to save it from a hotel complex project that was considering its destruction. The new owners decided to live in the villa of the artist Jacques Majorelle, renamed Villa Oasis. Please note that tickets for the Majorelle Garden are available online only.
The Koutoubia Mosque is the largest mosque in Marrakech, It is located in the district of the southwestern of the medina. The mosque is decorated with curved windows, a ceramic band, pointed merlons and decorative arches; it has a large square with gardens, and is lit at night. The minaret is 77 meters (253 feet) high and includes an arrow and orbs. It was completed during the reign of the Berber Almohad Caliph Yaqub al-Mansur (1184-1199), and inspired other buildings such as the Giralda in Seville and the Hassan Tower in Rabat.
Bahia Palace is considered one of the grand palaces of the Moroccan city of Marrakech, or what is called the Red City. Created by Minister Ahmed bin Musa, in the 19th century, to commemorate the name of his wife, “Bahia”, and today it is an artistic masterpiece dating from the splendor of Moroccan architecture of Andalusian character which overflows with its civilizational manifestations, in particular What you tell about the secrets of ancient history.
Located next to the mosque of the Kasbah, the Saadian tombs are one of the only vestiges remaining from the Saadian dynasty which reigned on the golden age of Marrakech between 1524 to 1659. At the beginning of the 18th century, Sultan Moulay Ismaïl indeed decided to remove all traces of the magnificence of this dynasty by asking for the destruction of all the remaining vestiges. However, he did not dare to commit the sacrilege to destroy their graves and ordered that the entrance to the necropolis be walled up.

This was such a great tour!! Mohammed was an incredible guide. He was was extremely knowledgeable and and a great personality. Do yourself a favor and book a tour with him. Very strongly reccomend!!
They do not explain anything, they just transported us by car, which was a good car, it was an Audi and it was a private visit, but the driver did not know much Spanish and did not explain anything about what we were going to see.
A good way to get the basic sites covered in a short period of time. You do need to book your own ticket for the garden - can only be done online. Our driver didn't speak much English so there was a bit lost in translation about where to go for things like entry locations.

We felt in good hands from the start, with the great communication! Moha text me the night before to arrange a pickup point, even waited for us as we finished off breakfast. The car was spotless and plenty of water for the heat, and Moha’s driving made us feel safe too. Even with the traffic, he was prompt in picking us up from the each sight . The sights were all great, but the stories and history shared by Moha was what we really enjoyed! He knew we wanted more of a chilled time, so he made sure of this. And we laughed for most of the ride. We really can’t say for enough ‘thank you’ to Moha for this experience, and the whole team. Highly recommended by us!

Moha our driver was delightful, nothing too much trouble and was always there waiting for us once we had seen the sites. He was informative and most importantly handled the fairly chaotic road conditions beautifully. A great way to see some of the sites a little further out in comfort.

I booked a guided tour and got a driver. He didn't provide any information about anything. He just drove us and dropped us with no information. I complained and he told me that I had booked only a driver. I disagreed and showed him the booking where it states that it was a guided tour. Still he said it was not. I sent a message the minute I could stating that we didn't have a guide. Once we got back he told us that we were going to get another car. No reason given. I couldn't communicate again for lack of wifi. A new driver came and he was worse because not only did he not give us any information, but after dropping us at a park, he took us to a very expensive restaurant for lunch (550 and 750 Dirham), and just at the point when they brought lunch, he came in to check if we had already eaten. Once we finished he said we had no more time. He dropped us off at some market and told us we would have to give him 100 Dirham so he could wait for us. We said no. To sum it up, we booked a guided tour and didn't have any. We didn't have any information about Marrakesh nor covered what was on the itinerary. I feel cheated. I came from the other side of the world for this? I want a refund.
