Enjoyed boat tour and journey behind the falls with the Walks company. Our guide, Sarah was very nice, helpful, and confident in her role. We got to learn some history of the falls and see it in four different ways! I would recommended this tour and Sarah to anyone.
You will get wet if you do not take the poncho. Get there early to get a good spot on the boat if you are traveling with a group.

The timing was confusing. The tour was at 8:30am with instructions to arrive 15 min early. We arrived at 7:35 to ensure we didnt miss the tour. We called at 8:20 because we saw no one at the meeting place. The representative told us that we were supposed to arrive by 7:30. They offered that we could pay another $99 and go 3 hours later. I asked if we could just go to the boat now (5 min walk), but she said the boat left. She didnt offer that we could wait and join the rest of the tour after the boat returned (walking tour and Journey behind the Falls). When we walked to the Falls, the boat was still docked and didn't leave for another 10 minutes. Horrible customer service. They should have allowed us to still be on the boat (only half full) or allowed us to join the remaining portion of the tour. But, their only solution was to pay more on top of what we already paid.
