Embark on an unforgettable full-day escape to the natural wonders of Tolantongo and the hidden paradise of La Gloria. This exclusive adventure goes beyond the ordinary, offering rare access to both iconic and off-the-beaten-path hot springs in one seamless journey. Start your day with a scenic drive and relaxing breakfast. First stop: La Gloria, a sanctuary where you’ll soak in thermal pools, swim in a serene river, explore a grotto, zipline across lush valleys, and wade through a stunning canyon with waist-deep waters, ending in a deep chamber perfect for diving. We’ll then take a brief walk (under a minute) across a bridge to reach Tolantongo’s famous grotto and geothermal tunnel, followed by a delicious locally-sourced lunch. To finish, unwind in the iconic cliffside hot pools, letting the thermal waters melt your stress away. We provide essential loaned gear: towels, waterproof phone case, headlamp, sunblock and more. Nature, comfort and adventure, all in one day.

Itinerary
05:15 am - We will meet at the "Ángel de la Independencia" Monument. Your adventure begins with a comfortable ride to your first stop – breakfast – where you can relax and prepare for the day ahead.
We’ve got breakfast covered! Buffet-style with vegetarian and some vegan options available.
Upon arrival at La Gloria, you’ll explore serene natural hot springs, wander through charming grotto (small cave), enjoy the flowing river, wade through a stunning canyon and can even take an exhilarating zipline ride over the lush valley.
You will visit its famous grotto and tunnel, offering a chance to explore the unique geothermal features. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a delicious, locally-sourced lunch—our treat! Choose your favorite dish from the local menu and enjoy a taste of the region, made fresh just for you. The last activity before we head back will be a relaxing soak in the iconic Tolantongo cliffside hot pools, where you can unwind and enjoy the soothing thermal waters.
As the day comes to an end, you’ll have time to relax during the scenic ride back, where you can enjoy snacks and refreshments on the way to your original meeting point.

Pick-up is available from lodging within a 5 km radius of the Angel of Independence monument in Mexico City. After booking, please share your exact address with us. Once we receive your location, we’ll confirm whether it falls within our pick-up zone and send you the exact pick-up time the evening before your tour.

Well I usually don't book experience travels because I think I can go out and find my own cheaper faster way without all the gimmicks. This time I was proven wrong, touche! Few days before our trip we got notified through WhatsApp with the rest of the group from the tour which I was pretty nice. The categorized the tour into three segments which was pretty thoughtful and one of them was food requirements and needs. We were picked up as mentioned right on time by two dashing man who we're well inform and educated about the tour we were just about to embark. Everything was wonderful throughout the time we spent at the parks up to the incident where my friend slightly injured himself and needed the assistance of some medical Care. Both the driver and the tour guide were on it guiding us and getting all the Care needed for us to proceed with our trip. We never felt like we were a burden or at least they didn't make us feel like that. When we got back to our hotel at the drop off they were kind and sweet to help us get my friend with the spring ankle back to his room. I definitely recommend this travel group and might even look into doing one more before heading back to Texas. Esteban and Sergio were the bomb! Thanks a lot fellas I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart what y'all did for us till next time, I'm sure sincerely Mario.

Simply wonderful! You must go enjoy this unique experience with nature. The guide took care of everything necessary for us. I traveled with my family and we enjoyed it a lot. I am sure I will return with you in a year!

We had the best time with Esteban as our Tolantongo ambassador. He has 6 years experience on this trip and he knew all the best places to go and how to spend our time wisely. This was a great experience. Our host Steve was amazing, he was well-organized and super accommodating. Throughout the experience he gave clear directions to keep us safe. I really appreciate the knowledge he shared of the land and people. I would describe this experience as a hike, there is a lot of walking and stairs. There were 2 older people in our group, however throughout the trip Steve shared alternative activities they could do to still feel apart of the experience. Be prepared for a long car ride. This would be my only critique, our van was smaller compared to the other vans. I sat in the middle pull out seat (not sure what it's called), i kept switching seats with my partner because the ride back was unbearable on my back. The van would be doable if no one used the middle seats.

3rd time traveling with you. Only this time, we organized a small off-site event to celebrate our team's performance in 2025. Our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect tips and awesome English. So talented, educated, very entertaining! He contributed to the celebrations and made our event even more special. You never disappoint!

Just amazing! 🌿💦 This tour was one of the best experiences we had: everything was very well organized, from prior communication to comfortable and punctual transportation. The natural views, thermal pools, grotto and lagoons are absolutely spectacular, and the guide/cultural friend shared valuable information and was always attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and the team was warm and professional. It was a day full of adventure, relaxation and connection with nature. Fully recommended for those looking for an unforgettable getaway from the routine

The entire trip was amazing. The tour guide Carlos was excellent and knowledgeable . They were flexible to pick us up earlier due to the Day of the dead . We had the trip talored to us due to the private car. Would recommend to others
