The driver picked us up from our hotel an hour earlier than arranged as more people had to be collected. The camel ride and opportunity to drive an AWD vehicle was good and so too the excellent quality of our driver’s ability to negotiate the sand dunes in his Toyota Land Cruiser. The evening’s entertainment in the desert camp was distinctly average. We were disappointed that both drivers spent their entire journey chatting away on their mobile phones .
