The group was made up of fantastic people, and everyone was punctual both at pickup and on the return journey. The service provided by the entire tour team was truly impressive. A small note for future travelers: when booking, make sure your accommodation is within the designated pickup and drop-off area. Some hotels and resorts are located quite far from the city, and it’s understandable that tour operators may not be able to accommodate distant locations, especially given how reasonably priced these tours are compared to direct bookings. It’s always best to check with the operator in advance. For us, the team went above and beyond and provided exceptional service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
