Before leaving for the UK I bought a Holafly eSIM on the recommendation of friends. On arrival in London, I attempted to activate it but was unable to do so after several attempts. I don't know whether I did something wrong but I just couldn't get it to work. In frustration, I eventually emailed Holafly. Over the next 15 days I exchanged 24 emails with Holafly and had email correspondence with 9 different representatives, 8 of them describing themselves as "support specialists" assigned to resolve my problem. This became a time-consuming and very frustrating activity. I eventually gave up and purchased a SIM card. Fortunately, my travelling companion had bought a different brand of eSIM and had no difficulty in activating it. Holafly gave me a refund, but it was very frustrating trying to get their eSIM to work and I certainly will not be getting a Holafly eSIM next time I go overseas.

It would not connect to provider. After I purchased the eSIM I read about the similar problem other people had. Not happy

It works but I don't know why it suddenly stopped working 2 days before my trip has finished. I was not able to use it for the whole duration of the data plan that I booked.

We went to London for Christmas and wanted to use an eSIM to stay in touch and avoid high roaming bills from the provider. We (4) decided to use Yesim and where not disappointed. The installation was automatically and just needed to turn it on when we arrived in the UK. Coverage was very good and they offer standard and unlimited data plans. We can highly recommend it. Keeping a powerbank is a great thing to have to charge your phone on the go.

With eSIM, I can use multiple numbers on one phone. Perfect for work and personal life! Highly recommend evryoneeeeeee

Do NOT deal with this company. the e sim which is advertised by British airways does not work. I purchased it for USA and my friend purchased it for France. It never worked . I managed to download the e sim. however it never worked with any data or calls. The website is a joke and I have sent at least 10 emails requesting a refund, but they have not processed it as they say I have not requested a refund. My friend had the same experience .The company has caused me mega aggravation on my lovely holiday. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. TAke care and suggest Britishairways severs connection with them.

Installation was easier than expected, and the instructions were clear. I think it's great that I don't need physical SIM cards anymore. It also saves space in my smartphone, which is convenient as I often travel.
