DO NOT BUY eSIM from Vodafone.! This is my experience during my visit Egypt 15/11 to 27/11/25. Buy only after you have landed Eygpt from Airport and get them to start the eSim in front of you to make sure the connection is perfect! I went to Eygpt 15/11 to 27/11/25. I brought Vodaphone eSim. The coverage was very very poor, even in Cairo capital city hardly got reception. I went to their local Vodaphone shop and cannot get help to fix that problem. And at the end has to buy an regular local Sim card to instore in my iPhone to get normal coverage. Me & my husband spent totally A$90 to buy to eSim and was hopeless with connection most of the time no coverage. Ended up brought new local SIM CARD to replace. This experience too expensive and cost us more than expected to spend. Hopeless Vodaphone eSim, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
