We had the most authentic experience of our trip cooking with Mara. She was so fun and dear teaching both my kids(teens) how to make the pastas. We all loved the food and sharing a joyous meal with our host. I look forward to trying out the pastas at home and my daughter wants to impress her friends by making tiramisu for them. Mara also shared the secrets of folding in the mascarpone to the egg whites. We folded it in!
Great self tour! Worth seeing the recent archeological find from the 1990’s! If you need to fit in a short tour when you are in Ravenna this is for you. Took about one hour.
