Imagine a full day at Chankanaab Park. Upon arrival, the entrance to the park is included, where you can explore the gardens, the beach and the snorkeling areas. You will also receive a complete snorkeling kit (viewfinder, tube and fins). In addition, you will have access to the comfortable areas of beds and hammocks. Then, you can swim between reefs, see tropical fish and relax all day, combining adventure and rest.

We purchased these admission tickets to the park, upon arrival there was no one to welcome us, we were looking for over half an hour until someone from a restaurant came and helped and not in a good way. After that we were harassed into purchasing food all day long, there was really no service, they didn't even provide us with the snorkel gear , everything was pretty much on our own really, we missed out on the sea lion show as it wasn't offered to us. Also, the happy crab restaurant is the worst food of the Park and the worst service. I would recommend to purchase this package somewhere else. This is the third time coming back to Cozumel and my second time coming to the park and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced . John
