We took this trip in the 15th of October - and it was one of the best experiences! Hoda our guide was professional, very attentive and knowledgeable. She gave us great advice for the bazaar as well as organising the day. She took plenty of photos of us too. I can only recommend 10/10
The guides they were very knowledgeable, and I felt safe made me feel welcome overhaul very good experience
We selected Cleopatra Egyptian Tours from several local-based agencies because of their attentiveness to our specific requests and very competitive prices. We never regretted choosing this agency. Our 10-day trip which included three main locations (Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan) with multiple side tours from each, was organized and executed flawlessly between the first airport pick up and the last drop off. At each step, we felt like VIP guests. The tour guides, this most critical element of any trip, Biohoy, Mamdouh and Mimo, were superb as far as knowledge and entertainment. There was one imperfection along the way (imperfection by our standards, others may not have even noticed): one of the guides turned out to be not as engaging as we expected. We would never complain but since Massimo was constantly checking with us if everything all right, we did mention this at the end of the day. The next morning in the hotel lobby we were greeted by the substitute guide who turned out to be one of the best we ever had! This episode was a testimony to Cleopatra Egyptian Tours customer focus. We would strongly recommend Cleopatra Egypt Tours to the adventurous intense travelers like ourselves as well as to more measured tourists. As a matter of fact, we already spread the word about Cleopatra Tours among our friends, so Massimo, expect more customers.
