Absolutely wonderful 17 days in Egypt and Jordan. Escorted tour with long tenured guides (a must), great hotels, clean modern ships and coaches. Loved the Middle Eastern food, and plenty of it. Avoid raw/ washed vegetables and fruit particularly in Egypt, your digestive tract will thank you. Must see the GEM in Cairo, 4+ hours at a minimum. Lazy ride down the Nile punctuated by amazing temples and tombs 3,500+ years old. Luxor will amaze you. Valley of the Kings. Abu Simbel if you can manage it. Amman Jordan was more upscale/ expensive, cleaner and modern. Petra was beautiful, meet Salman at a trinket shop. Born and lived in local caves until everyone was relocated, wishes he could return home. Many tour companies to consider. We used Odysseys Unlimited, ask them all a lot of questions before putting down your hard earned cash. Fingers crossed the war will end soon and let people carry on with their lives.
We had a private tour of egypt and jordan through lady egypt and it was an amazing experience! Egypt is a must do with a guided tour. Memoud was our Egyptologist and guide and an amazing story teller. Ahmed took care of us end to end for airport transfers, customs, immigration and he even helped us track our missed bags and picked it up and kept it for us. The river cruise was amazing. They arranged vegetarian food everywhere. Lady egypt and team were really exceptional.

My friend and I did the ~2 week Jordan and Egypt tour with Lady Egypt and it was a great experience. We has someone with us every step of the way making the trip smooth. Someone met us in the airports and helped us navigate visa and passport control and we got through much faster than we would have. We had excellent drivers (a must for Cairo!) , great tour guides (Shout out to Doaa and Moo), and facilitators throughout taking care of every detail and ensuring everything was good. I've traveled to 65 countries now and this trip was the easiest of any of them. Great job Lady Egypt!

Towering landscapes and history. Beware of foods in Egypt, very spicy and if you are not used to it, heat stroke and tiredness can make you sick. It has a good service of assistance to the traveler, sunscreen and good hat. Hydrate well (with bottled water, Egypt is very dirty). Otherwise... to enjoy it all beautiful!
We booked this trip with Premium Care in 2022, we cancelled the trip within the cancellation period . No money received.

Firstly, the booking process was effortless, very responsive customer service team. During the tour itself, I was impressed by the expertise and the knowledge of the guides. I can’t wait to book my next adventure with them!
Don't go with Lady Egypt. You won't get your money back if you cancel. I booked a trip for March 2024 but had to cancel due to the war in the region. I cancelled on Nov. 13, 2023 which was well within the 40 day cancellation period. I have not seen. cent of my deposit. First they ignored me. Then they said that a portion would be remitted "in a few days". Now, they are totally silent in spite of follow ups via e mail.
Dear Mr. Francesco, First allow us to express our concern for any inconvenience you might have faced, however, I would like to clear some facts. In the aftermath of the incidents of October 7th, we received a large number of cancellation requests, and we had to handle all those requests with numerous suppliers who apply different cancellation policies and that was time consuming. Right after receiving your request, you were informed that you will receive your money less the credit card fees which we can not bear. Having all arrangements pre paid to all suppliers to secure requested space at such a busy time of the year made us schedule refunds in alignment with the refunds we receive from suppliers, nevertheless, some suppliers denied granting us cash refunds and insisted on keeping the paid amounts as a deposit for future business, despite that we promised you a cash refund and you were informed of a schedule of that payment You received a partial payment in your account with the amount on USD 2,500.00 on December 17th, 2023 and the balance (USD 3,358.00) was refunded on December 24th, 2023 From the above, it is clear that we spared no effort to refund your good self the amounts due despite not receiving the same from all suppliers, which keeps us wondering as to why did you publish this complaint.
Amazing ppl on board… especially HASSAN was helpful in every aspect… Mohammed, Ahmed and another Mohammed were the Guardian Angels of our trip… tour guide DUA was extraordinary with a vast knowledge and was always happy to answer all our queries… had a great 12 days in Egypt all thanks to them…

I highly recommend this tour operator! Everything was smooth during the travel, accommodations, transfer between different places, visit and the list is long. Our guide Nehead was one of the best guide I have ever had, he was so interested and interesting, I feel like a pro now! Hassan who was taking care of us the during the whole tour was always here when we needed him, everything was under control from the beginning to the end thanks to him! I will definitely recommend this trip to all of my friends that want to visit Egypt!
Really enjoyed the trip to Egypt. The lead tour planner Ms. Nour supported all the trips throughout our 10 days tour to Egypt. Our guide Wael who guided us for the entire trip was very punctual and has done an excellent job in providing information about all temples and pyramids. In addition, he made appropriate changes to schedules to make our trip enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him as a guide
