We had a great experience! Davide, our guide, did a fantastic job explaing the distillation process and walking us through the gins in our tasting. I would definitely book this tour again.
It was very nice. Started with a gin and tonic, while we watched a short film on gin. Then he talked about botanicals and his history with Edinburgh Gin. He was very interesting. Then we did a tasting of 4-5 gins and we had a choice on the last one. I learned a lot, enjoyed the relaxation, and had a couple drinks. There was an offer of some sort of discount if you l wanted a drink or to buy something from the shop. They had some interesting flavors available. Would definitely recommend!
This was a great tour, interesting and informative. Our cheery guide, Blair, cracked a few jokes talking us through the gin tasting. The gin was fabulous! Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys gin.

Excellent experience. Lucy our tour guide was genuinely so knowledgeable and you can certainly tell she has a huge love for all things gin. You get plenty of gin throughout the experience. Even if you're not a gin lover I'd still recommend this tour as the pairings are so delicious and there's something there for everyone.

Attended this tour and tasting with my sister as a treat for my 50th and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was thoughtfully catered for as I have mobility needs. Our guide, Blair, was entertaining, informative and attentive. The needs of the group we were in were looked after with care. Would definitely recommend for a day out. Great for a girls treat.
Had a really fun, enjoyable and informative Gin Distillery trip - finished of with a lovely drink at the end at the bar! There where just 4 of us, so it was really good, we had a more personal touch in our tour. We started of with a lovely chilled G&T (as you would!) learning about the Edinburgh Gin Distellery companies foundations, followed by a tour where the magic happens - learning about the different botanicals used, the tastes of them all - different flavours and spices used to get the perfect gin! Followed by a tour of the machines doing all the work - learning about the process and the step to make it all work! Finally, followed by a trip upstairs, where we did a taste test of 4 different flavoured/types of Gin, with different mixers, to get a sense of different tastes - we learned so much, enjoyed many drinks (and disliked a couple too!) In all of this, as there where just 4 of us - our expert Rosie - could answer and address any of our questions we all had - which she did, expertly, and with a laugh too! The drink at the end was lovely too - a great selection of different spritz! An overall excellent tour - thank you Rosie - you were great - we thoroughly enjoyed our tour!
Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit on the classic tasting tour. We are Edinburgh locals and would recommend this to anyone who likes gin or wants to know more. Our host/new best friend Andre was really knowledgeable and talked us through the different styles. Definitely have a much deeper appreciation for gin and what to look out for when tasting different styles in the future.
Tour was very interesting, very good, well spoken guide. Tasting various gins was enlightening.
