Sirsa was a great guide. Not just tasty spots for Spanish flavors, but also some history background to make the food choices relate. We might suggest to hand out a list of establishments so patrons can go back on their own.

Sirsa was AMAZING! Even though we had a 3.5 hour bike tour the day before, she provided significant insight and entertaining details about all the historical facts as well as some fun lessons known details. The food was outstanding - hard to find a favorite but the garlic shrimp was outstanding of this with world. Highly recommend!
