We found the building but would have liked more signage for where to pickup. Other than that staff was extremely helpful and the bikes in great shape and easy to use. It allowed us to zoom around the city to see everything without tiring ourselves out by walking yet still getting exercise.
The bikes were wonderful. For an extra 60 euro they delivered to our hotel. However, we were told they were just 1.7 km away and decided to take them back ourselves. It was more like 4 miles and through major downtown traffic to a warehouse. Not convenient at all and then had to Uber back because it was so far. Yes we could have had them pick them back up but thought the distance was worth doing ourselves.
Farook was great to deal with. Our bikes were ready for us on the day we arranged. Fair price for the whole day, and even offered us a complimentary bike bag, safety lock and cell phone holder. Bikes were great and comfortable, perfect for our self guided city tour.

We rented e-bikes for the day. We'd never used them before but the man was so patient with us and explained how to use them. The rental cost included use of helmets, paniers, bike locks and phone holders. We had such a great day on the bikes! I'd really recommend Joyrides and would definitely return if I'm in Heidelberg again.

This was a great place to rent an e bike the person that owns the place was very nice and friendly and helpful and he showed us how to get to where we need to go 10/10 experience
